Single-Din CarPlay / Android Auto Touchscreen Head Unit

1 - Basic Care
- Never remove housing covers or modify the product in any way. This may cause electric shock or damage which would void the warranty.
- Immediately disconnect the unit if you notice any smoke emitting from inside, a burning smell or if the unit makes strange noises and contact ZZ-2 tech support.
- Do not allow the unit to come in contact with liquids. Liquid in the housing may cause a fire, electric shock or damage to the device. Immediately remove power from the unit if an object or liquid falls into it.
- The product warranty does not cover damage caused by drops, liquids or misuse. The warranty only covers manufacturer defects.

8 Way Audio Harness Connections:
- Purple wire: RIGHT REAR (+)
- Purple/Black wire: RIGHT REAR (-)

8 Way Power Harness Connections:

To program steering wheel controls, connect the steering wheel control wires, press the desired button on the steering wheel, then touch the corresponding function on the screen. Repeat this step until all commands have been programmed, then tap 'confirm'.

Controls for media playback:

8 - Bluetooth Connection
Manage Bluetooth connections:
- 1 - Access Dial Pad
- 2 - Access Contact List
- 3 - Access Recent Call List
- 4 - Access Bluetooth Audio player
- 5 - Tap to connect a smartphone via Bluetooth
- 6 - Tap to disconnect smartphone
- 7 - Bluetooth Device name (MPPLAY)

9 - CarPlay / Android Auto Connection
CarPlay Connection:
- Wired Connection: Connect your iPhone to the radio via a high-quality USB cable.
- Wireless Connection: Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone. Connect to the radio via Bluetooth. The Wi-Fi connection for CarPlay should establish automatically.
Android Auto Connection:
- Wired Connection: Connect your Android phone to the radio via a USB cable.
- Wireless Connection: Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone. Connect to the radio via Bluetooth. The Wi-Fi connection for Android Auto should establish automatically. A confirmation message may appear; tap 'Connect'. If Android Auto does not start automatically, navigate to 'Linked Phone > Android Auto' from the main menu.
10 - Smartphone Mirroring
iPhone Mirroring:
- Connect the iPhone to the lower USB port on the radio using a USB cable. On the iPhone, tap 'Trust' when prompted. Unlock your phone, and mirroring should begin automatically.
- Wireless Phone AirPlay: Please use your phone to search the device Wi-Fi named 'DIRECT-phonelink-c00ce9' and connect to it with password '88888888'. Select 'Car-AirPlay' in Screen Mirroring from your Phone.
Android Mirroring:
- Connect the USB cable to your Android phone. On the first access, you may be prompted to install and configure a mirroring application. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the recommended application. After installation, open the app, locate and activate the 'Mirroring' app. Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable. Check the option to 'Always open the mirroring app when mirroring suite is connected'. Tap 'Start now' to mirror your phone.
- AutoLink Pro: Download and install the AutoLink Pro app from your phone's app store or scan the QR code for MirrorLink. For wired connection, use the data cable and confirm authorization. For wireless projection, enter the AutoLink Pro application, select the wireless search device, click Connect, and confirm authorization.

WARRANTY PROCEDURES
All ZZ-2 products have a 1-year warranty. To ensure its validity:
- Reach out to Tech Support: Contact ZZ-2 Tech Support via phone or WhatsApp, providing the invoice code and the product's serial number and part code. No replacement will be made without prior contact with Tech Support.
- Technical Report: ZZ-2 Tech Support must verify the problem as an equipment malfunction. The product will not be replaced if the problem is caused by misuse, misinstallation, or accidental drops.
- Replacement: A new unit will be sent via mail upon return of the malfunctioning product.
- Forward Replacement: For urgent replacements, an invoice with the product's retail price will be issued, valid for 28 days. Upon return of the malfunctioning hardware within 28 days, the invoice will be cancelled. Otherwise, it must be paid normally.
