Care and Maintenance
WARNING: Unplug the dryer before cleaning.
Emptying the water tank:
Pull out the container, empty it into a sink or drain, and replace it properly. Do not operate the dryer without the water tank.
Cleaning the door filter:
Pull the filter out, clean it under running water or with a vacuum cleaner, and dry it. Do not operate the dryer without the filter.
Cleaning the bottom filter:
Open the bottom cover, pull the filter out, remove lint from its surface (wash under running water or use a vacuum cleaner). Clean the filter chamber, avoiding contact with fins. Close the filter and cover. Ensure the air intake is free. Cleaning the bottom filter after each cycle is advisable for optimal performance.
Clogged filters can increase drying times, energy consumption, and damage the dryer. Improper maintenance may prevent the dryer from starting.
Cleaning the tumble dryer:
Clean external parts with a damp cloth. Regularly clean the front air intake grille (every 6 months) with a vacuum cleaner to remove lint and dust. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
Transport and Handling
- Unplug the dryer.
- Empty the water tank completely.
- Ensure the door and water tank are properly closed.
