Scope
These Terms govern the agreement between you and ResMed (UK) Limited for the sale of home sleep apnoea testing services. By using the Website, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and that all submitted information is accurate. Orders are limited to UK residents.

Ordering from us
Upon completion of self-enrolment and payment, ResMed will ship a home sleep apnoea testing device and a mobile phone (if required). The service includes a sensor, oximetry ring, diagnostic data analysis, a clinical report, and a consultation. Instructions for setup and use are provided. The device and phone must be returned using the provided pre-paid envelope. Fees apply for lost or damaged devices.
Results will be analysed by a trained clinical team and a report shared within 5-10 working days. After review, you can consult your GP or a ResMed-provided sleep specialist.
Payment and VAT (if applicable)
Pricing is exclusive of VAT. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Invoices will be sent separately. VAT exemption may apply for certain long-term conditions, subject to a separate declaration and current HMRC guidelines.
Refunds and Cancellations
No cancellations or refunds are provided if results are invalid due to inaccurate information, failure to complete services as instructed, or if the device is received but services are not completed. No refunds are given if services are not completed within 14 days of ordering without an extension.
Changes to Services and these Terms
ResMed may change services to reflect regulatory requirements or for technical improvements. Changes to these Terms will be notified 30 days in advance, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance.
Limitations of Liability
ResMed is not responsible for losses that were not obvious, caused by events outside of ResMed's control, or could have been avoided by reasonable action. Services are for domestic and private use only; ResMed is not liable for commercial losses. Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence is not excluded.
Other Important Terms Apply to our contract
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, the remainder will continue to apply. If service supply is delayed by an event outside of ResMed's control, ResMed will notify you and take steps to reduce the delay. You may end the contract for substantial delays and receive a refund for services not received.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

ResMed processes personal data to facilitate your home sleep apnoea testing journey and therapy follow-up. Data processing requires your consent. Information collected may include contact details, personal identification, financial information, and health-related information. ResMed (UK) Limited is the data controller.
Personal data is kept as long as necessary for diagnosis. If you consent to be contacted about products, services, and research, ResMed will process contact and personal identification data. Data is kept for 5 years after your last contact. If you consent to treatment via the AirView application, ResMed will collect personal identification and health-related information.
Your data may be hosted in Germany and France and kept for 10 years. ResMed employs organizational, technical, and administrative security measures to protect personal data. Data transfer methods prioritize encryption. Access to personal data is limited to authorized ResMed employees, partner sleep physicians, and subprocessors. ResMed has procedures for data breaches and will notify affected individuals and authorities as required by law.
Data may be processed outside your country of residency, with safeguards in place to ensure protection. You have the right to revoke consent, access and rectify data, request data erasure, and file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
