The machine must be installed and operated strictly in accordance with the provisions of this manual.
2. Matters Needing Attention
- The machine is for indoor use only and should be placed horizontally on a dry, sturdy surface. Ensure there is no heat source exceeding 70 °C within a 50cm range around the table.
- For water-cooled models, the inlet water temperature shall not exceed 30 °C, and the water pressure shall not be lower than 0.05mpa. The exhaust outlet of the air cooler shall not be blocked by sundries.
- According to national electrical safety standards, this machine must be installed with an independent power supply. The power cord's wearing area must be at least 2.5mm, and it must have a good grounding device. Ensure the power supply line is equipped with a short circuit device. The voltage fluctuation range for a single-phase power supply should be within 5%.
3. Safety Rules
Note: The machine may be shaken during transportation. Place it for 2 hours before use and avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures.
Warning: To ensure safety, the machine must be operated by trained personnel. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid hazards. If the machine breaks down or is damaged, it must be handled by professional maintenance personnel. When the machine is not in use for a long time, cut off the power and ensure parts in contact with raw materials are cleaned and dried before storage.
This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning safe use and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be performed by children without supervision.
Danger:
- When skin is bare, wet, wearing wet gloves, or wet clothes, do not touch live plugs or switches. Do not operate equipment that is not properly grounded. Do not perform any maintenance work on the machine before the power supply is cut off.
- This appliance contains flammable refrigerant and foaming agent cyclopentane. Avoid fire when transporting and using it. Please seek professional servicing when the machine breaks down. Send it to your local appointed disposal station when discarding it.
? Attention: During use, service, and disposal, pay attention to symbols similar to the one on the left, typically located on the rear of the appliance (rear panel or compressor) and colored yellow or orange. This is a risk of fire warning symbol. Flammable materials are present in refrigerant pipes and the compressor. Keep away from fire sources during use, service, and disposal.

5. Installation and Debugging
Installation of inlet and outlet pipes
A. The opening with a valve is the intake pipe.
B. The straight pipe is the drain pipe.
Diagram description: Diagrams show the installation steps for inlet and outlet pipes. Step 1: Install intake valve, showing a filter and valve. Step 2: Connect a three-way short plug into the machine inlet. Step 3: Insert the drain pipe into the machine's outlet. The total length of the intake pipe should not exceed 4m, as excessive length will affect cooling efficiency.
The temperature shall not exceed 28 degrees. The water storage basin drain pipe is discharged into the sewer (only for self-contained rotating disk models).
