1 Warnings
This installation manual is intended for qualified personnel only. Roger Technology is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from improper use or use not in accordance with this manual. Before installation, verify the product's integrity. If in doubt, do not use the product and contact qualified personnel. The R93/RX12A/U radio receiver must be powered by a Class 1 source (ES1 - safety extra-low voltage SELV) with limited power and adequate protection against overcurrents and short circuits (PS1). Protect the device with a 50mA delayed-acting fuse (T50mA).

3 Description of Series H93 Radio Receiver
Series H93 receivers (Fig. 1-2) must be inserted into the plug-in connector provided on ROGER control units. The Series H93 receivers have two channels (P1 / P2) with open collector output. Set the function of the channel(s) in parameters 76 and 77 of the ROGER control units. IMPORTANT: When the Series H93 receiver is installed on the H70/10CC and H70/14CC garage door control units, only channel 2 (P2) is enabled with the step-by-step function.
4 Description of Series R93 Radio Receiver
The Series R93 receivers (Fig. 3-4-5) are equipped with two channels (P1 / P2) with normally open relay output. IMPORTANT: When the R93/RX12/I receiver is installed on ROGER control units, channel 1 (P1) is enabled for the step-by-step function. Channel 2 (P2) can be connected and configured as desired (CH2 terminals).
5 Storing a Remote Control Key in the Receiver (Fig. 6)
- Insert/connect the receiver to the control unit.
- Power the control unit.
- Press button P1 or P2 once on the receiver (depending on the function to be enabled).
- When LED L1 or LED L2 on the receiver flashes slowly, press the key on the transmitter where the function is to be stored.
- When LED L1 or L2 remains on for 1 second, the transmitter has been stored.
- LED L1 or L2 will flash slowly again, and other transmitters can be stored during this time.
- The procedure exits automatically if no further transmitters are stored.
NOTE:
- If during the storing stage, LED L1 or L2 does not light up solid but flashes rapidly, it means the transmitter was already saved on the other channel.
- It is impossible to store the same transmitter key on both receiver channels.
- If during the storing stage, LEDs L1 and L2 flash rapidly for 4 seconds, the memory is full.
6 Receiving a Code
When the receiver receives a stored code, LED L1 or L2 switches on and the configured output is activated. If the code was not stored, LEDs L1 and L2 switch on briefly.
7 Cancellation of a Code
- Press and hold button P1 or P2 on the receiver for 4 seconds, corresponding to the channel on which the transmitter code to be cancelled is stored. LED L1 or L2 will light up solid, then flash rapidly.
- Release button P1 or P2. LED L1 or L2 flashes rapidly for 4 seconds.
- Press the button of the transmitter to be cancelled.
- LED L1 or L2 lights up for 1 second.
- The code has been cancelled.
- To cancel another code, repeat the procedure.
NOTE: If the code was not stored, LED L1 or L2 flashes rapidly.
8 Complete Memory Erasure
- Press buttons P1 and P2 simultaneously on the receiver for 4 seconds.
- LEDs L1 and L2 flash simultaneously (5 flashes).
- The memory is erased.
NOTE: It is suggested that a total memory erasure be performed at first switch-on.
9 Anomalies Alert
If LED L1 or L2 flashes rapidly and continuously, it means the memory is damaged. The receiver cannot operate.
