User Manual
Operating instructions:
- Press the power button [ON/OFF].
- Wait until the display shows 0.
- Place the objects on the weighing platform.
- Use the "unit" button to choose from the weighing units: G (grams), KG (kilograms), lb:oz (pounds:ounces), ml (milliliters), fl.oz. (fluid ounces).
Tare Function
To weigh items accurately when using a container:
- Place the desired weighing container on the platform.
- Press the "tare" button; wait for the weight to reset to 0.
- Place the item to be weighed into the container. The scale will display the net weight of the item.
Calibration
Follow these steps to calibrate the scale:
- Ensure the scale is empty and turned off.
- Press and hold the "tare" and "unit" buttons simultaneously, then press the power button.
- The display will show "CAL". You can now release the "tare" and "unit" buttons.
- Press the "unit" button; the display will show a value.
- When the number flashes, place the specified calibration weight on the scale. This can be 5000, 10,000, or 15,000 grams.
- The display will indicate "PASS", meaning the scale has been successfully calibrated.
Troubleshooting / Error Signs
If you encounter issues, refer to the following:
- Lo - Low battery: Replace batteries.
- OUR2 - Calibration error: Follow the calibration steps in the manual.
- 0 - Ld (Overload): Immediately remove weight from the scale to prevent damage.
- UnSt - Unstable: Ensure the scale is placed on a flat, stable surface.
