Preparing for Use

When using the iron for the first time, a small amount of smoke may be visible. This is normal and will cease after a short while.

Key Features:

• Auto shut off: The iron automatically switches off after a period of inactivity for safety.
• Quick Calc Release: A system for easy descaling.

Steps for First Use:

1. Fill the water tank.
2. Plug in the iron.
3. Wait for the iron to heat up.
4. Begin ironing.

Ironing Settings:

The iron features multiple heat and steam settings for different fabric types:

• MAX (Linen, Cotton)
• ECO (Cotton, Synthetics)
• SILK
• SYNTHETICS

Maintenance:

Regularly use the Quick Calc Release feature (every 3 months) to remove scale and maintain performance.

Steps for Quick Calc Release:

1. Ensure the iron is unplugged and cool.
2. Open the Quick Calc Release cap.
3. Shake out any loose scale.
4. Close the cap securely.
