Important Safety Instructions

Caution: This floor lamp features a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety measure to reduce the risk of electric shock. The plug is designed to fit into a polarized outlet in only one way. If the plug does not fit fully, reverse it. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

Cleaning

Before cleaning, turn off the switch or power source. Wipe the lamp with a soft, damp cloth.

Important Notes

Turn off/unplug and allow to cool before changing the bulb. Never touch the bulb when the lamp is switched on.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard.
