Getting Started

This guide provides instructions for your Fresh 'n Rebel Twins Rise earbuds.

First Time Pairing:

1. Peel off the plastic film cover and place the earbuds back in the charging case.

2. Open the charging case. Your earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.

3. On your smartphone or device, go to Bluetooth settings and select 'Twins Rise' to connect.

Multi-Point Connection

You can switch playback between devices. Only one audio stream is active at the same time. Voice assistant is active on the last paired device. Make sure music is not playing while pairing devices.

To connect to multiple devices, press the L+R buttons simultaneously on both earbuds.

Clickable Button Controls

Music Playback:

• Play/Pause: Single tap on L or R earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on R earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on L earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap on R earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap on L earbud.

Phone Calls:

• Answer/End Call: Single tap on L or R earbud.
• Reject Call: Long press on L or R earbud.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on L earbud.

When using one earbud, you can click either earbud for phone calls.

Active Noise Cancelling / Ambient Mode

Switch between modes by pressing the L+R buttons once.

• ANC OFF: Enjoy your audio without noise cancellation.
• Ambient Mode: Hear your surroundings while listening to audio.
• ANC ON: Immerse yourself in your audio with active noise cancellation.

LED Behaviour

Earbuds: Blinking indicates searching for connection.

Case (Front):

• 0%: Red LED
• 0-25%: Red LED
• 25-50%: Orange LED
• 50-75%: Yellow LED
• 100%: Green LED

Features & Playtime

• Playtime (ANC OFF): 8 hours (earbuds) / 22 hours (with charging case).
• Playtime (ANC ON): 6 hours (earbuds) / 18 hours (with charging case).
• Total Playtime: Up to 30 hours (ANC OFF) / 24 hours (ANC ON).

*Playtime is approximate and depends on usage and volume settings (tested at 50% volume).

Charging

• Re-charge Earbuds: Place earbuds in the charging case. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour.
• Quick Charge: 15 minutes of charging provides approximately 1 hour of playtime.
• Wired & Wireless Charging: The charging case can be charged via USB-C cable or wirelessly.

Wind Noise Cancelling

The Twins Rise earbuds feature wind noise cancelling to reduce wind noise when listening outdoors.

In-Ear Sensors

The in-ear sensors detect when the earbuds are in use, automatically pausing playback when removed and resuming when placed back.

Reset Button

To reset the earbuds, press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 5 seconds.
