• Rebate submission must be submitted online or postmarked no later than August 30, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Important Note for Mail-in Claims:

If you are unable to submit online, please complete the mail-in form. You are required to check eligible model numbers and enter valid serial numbers. If you have not taken delivery of your appliances before August 30, 2025, you can still submit your claim without serial numbers. You will be notified via email when your serial numbers are needed. Call 1-866-319-9259 to process the claim once you have your serial numbers. All serial numbers must be submitted by September 30, 2025, for the rebate to be valid.

For help locating serial numbers, call the GE Appliances Answer Center® at 1-800-626-2000 or visit GEAppliances.com/Finder. Note: Serial numbers are typically 8 digits. If there is a 9th character, please omit it.

How to Receive Your GE Appliances Visa Prepaid Card

To submit online: Visit www.GEAppliancesPromotions.com.

To submit by mail: Ensure you have the following:

• Completed rebate form with model and serial numbers for each product. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
• A copy of your original Sales Receipt or Invoice showing the model number and store name.
• The serial number for the products purchased.

Rebate Submission Deadline: Online or postmarked by August 30, 2025.

By submitting this form, you represent that a GE Profile top-load laundry pair was purchased new for personal use and not for resale. Rebates are for appliances purchased for personal use only. Multiple sales to apartments, builders, condominiums, subdivisions, and wholesalers do not qualify.
