How to Receive Your GE Appliances Visa Prepaid Card
- To submit online, please visit www.GEAppliancesPromotions.com.
- If you choose to mail in your rebate request, please ensure that you:
- Complete ALL information on the rebate form - including model number and serial number for each product. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
- Mark the models purchased on this form.
- Include a copy of your original Sales Receipt or Invoice which shows the model number and the name of the store where the appliances were purchased.
- Include the serial number for the products that you purchased.
- For assistance locating your model and serial numbers, visit www.GEAppliances.com/Finder.
- Purchases from The Home Depot®, Lowe's®, Best Buy®, Conn's, Electronic Express™, and Amazon® are not eligible for this rebate promotion.
- Rebate submission must be submitted online or postmarked no later than October 24, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

You will be reminded via email once we receive your claim that we need your serial numbers. When you have your serial numbers, call 1-866-319-9259 for the claim to be processed. All serial numbers must be submitted by Nov. 24, 2025 for rebate to be valid.
