To Remove Switches:

  1. Align the gripping teeth of the Switch Removal Tool vertically at the center of the switch.
  2. Grip the switch with the tool and apply pressure until it releases from the plate.
  3. Gently pull the switch away from the keyboard using a vertical motion. Ensure the pins are aligned with the slots when removing.

To Install Switches:

  1. Ensure the switch pins are perfectly straight and clean.
  2. Align the switch vertically so the pins match the keyboard PCB slots. The Gateron logo should face north.
  3. Press the switch down firmly until you hear a click, indicating it's secured.
