The Galaxy GMIX20 20 qt. gear-driven commercial planetary mixer is ideal for standard-duty mixing tasks at your restaurant, deli, or cafe. This mixer features a powerful three-speed, 1 1/2 hp motor with a gear-driven transmission to ensure consistent mixing speeds even when its bowl is full. At its max speed, this mixer can generate 462 RPM.
It comes fully equipped with a stainless steel mixing bowl and wire whisk that will last longer than those provided with some other models. Plus, a sturdy dough hook and flat beater come with this mixer, so you can craft a huge variety of recipes with a single machine. This planetary mixer requires a 110V electrical connection and has an intuitive control panel that makes it easy for any employee to safely operate.
Additionally, the safety guard stops the motor immediately if someone tries to lift it while the machine is operating. An ergonomic bowl lift handle eases the task of loading and unloading the bowl, and a sturdy base with nonskid feet keep the mixer in place at all times.
