Teka "Heat Up Your Kitchen" Promotion Regulations and Rules

1. General Provisions

Organizer: Teka Polska Sp. z o.o. (Warsaw, Poland)

Coordinator: PROMO DESIGN Sp. z o.o. (Kielce, Poland)

Promotion Period: July 15, 2025, to September 15, 2025, or until the prize pool is exhausted.

Promotion Information: Available at www.promocjateka.pl, Teka's website (in the "Promotions" section), and partner websites: www.mediaexpert.pl, www.euro.com.pl, www.x-kom.pl, www.neonet.pl.

Eligible Products: Teka ovens from the PIEKARNIKI category. A list of promotional models is provided in Appendix No. 1.

Eligibility: Participants must be adult residents of Poland, acting as consumers for personal use, purchasing eligible Teka ovens.

Participating Retailers: Teka ovens purchased from physical stores or online at MEDIA EXPERT, RTV EURO AGD, X-KOM, NEONET.

Participation is voluntary.

2. Rules of Participation

To participate and receive a prize, participants must:

• Purchase an eligible Teka oven model during the promotion period (July 15, 2025 - September 15, 2025). The purchase date is confirmed by the proof of purchase.
• Publish an opinion (review) about the purchased Teka oven, including the hashtag #MojaTEKAopinia. The review must:
  • Be published on the seller's website (e.g., www.mediaexpert.pl, www.euro.com.pl, www.x-kom.pl, www.neonet.pl) where the product was bought.
  • Be submitted within 30 days of the promotion's end date.
  • Contain a minimum of 150 characters and a customer satisfaction rating.
  • Clearly indicate its connection to the promotion via the #MojaTEKAopinia hashtag.
  • Not be posted earlier than July 15, 2025, or later than October 15, 2025.
  • Not violate any laws or good practices.
• Take a photo of the product's rating plate.
• Submit a completed application form via www.promocjateka.pl within 30 days of purchase. The form must include:
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice).
  • A screenshot or photo of the published review with the #MojaTEKAopinia hashtag.
  • A photo of the product's rating plate.
• Read and accept the terms of this Regulation and the Privacy Policy.
• Grant consent for communication regarding the promotion.

Required Information for Application Form: Participant's name, phone number, email address, shipping address, product serial number, model, price, place of purchase, proof of purchase number, purchase date.

Submitting the application does not automatically guarantee a prize; it is subject to verification.

3. Prizes

Prize: Teka EliteGrill electric grill, valued at 699 PLN gross (recommended retail price).

Total Prize Pool: 400 units.

Total Value of Prizes: 279,600 PLN gross.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.

The prize is considered income exempt from personal income tax for the participant.

4. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted until October 15, 2025. They should be sent via email to konkurs-teka@promodesign.com.pl, including the promotion name "Rozgrzej kuchnię z Teka" in the subject line. The email must contain the application number, participant's name, contact details, date and place of the issue, and the requested resolution.

Complaints are reviewed jointly by the Organizer and Coordinator. The Coordinator is responsible for communication regarding complaints.

Participants may also pursue their claims through civil courts.

5. Personal Data Processing

Co-Administrators: Teka Polska Sp. z o.o. and PROMO DESIGN SP. z o.o.

Personal data will be processed for the purposes of organizing and managing the promotion, fulfilling legal obligations, and for marketing and communication purposes, with the participant's consent.

Participants have rights regarding their data, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing.

Data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR (RODO) and relevant Polish laws.

Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

Data will be stored for the period necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law.

6. Final Provisions

The Regulation will be available from July 15, 2025, to September 15, 2025, at the Organizer's office, the promotion website (www.promocjateka.pl), Teka's website, and partner websites.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Regulation if justified and not detrimental to participants' conditions, with prior notification.

Participation in the promotion requires acceptance of its terms.

Matters not covered by this Regulation are governed by applicable laws.
