Product Installation
Positioning the Unit
Diagram Description: Shows required clearance around the dehumidifier: 20cm (approx. 8 inches) on front and sides, 40cm (approx. 16 inches) on top and rear air outlet.
Casters: Located on the bottom. They move freely. Do not force over carpet. Do not move with water in the bucket to avoid tipping and spilling.
For optimal performance, especially in basements, ensure adequate air circulation. This dehumidifier is intended for indoor residential use only, not for commercial or industrial applications.
- Place on a smooth, level floor strong enough to support the unit with a full water bucket.
- Allow at least 20cm (8 inches) clearance on all sides for air circulation, and at least 40cm (16 inches) for the air outlet.
- Operate in areas where temperatures do not fall below 5°C (41°F) to prevent coil frosting.
- Place away from clothes dryers, heaters, or radiators.
- Use to prevent moisture damage to stored items like books or valuables.
- Operate in an enclosed area for best results. Close doors, windows, and other openings.
- Before tilting or moving, empty the water bucket and disconnect the power cord.
When Using Your Product
NOTE: Be careful when moving the machine if the water bucket is nearly full to avoid tipping.
First Time Using
Ensure the water plug is securely installed and operate the unit continuously for 24 hours.
Working Condition Requirement
- Temperature: Min. 5°C (41°F) to Max. 32°C (90°F)
- Humidity: Min. 30% (RH) to Max. 80% (RH)
Precautions for Use
- After a quick restart, wait 3 minutes for the operation to resume.
- Ensure correct power connection, preferably a single-socket outlet.
- Ensure proper ground connection.
- Ensure the water tank is properly installed.
Notes on Operation:
- For first-time use, run continuously for 24 hours with the plastic cover securely installed.
- Condensation may form on the surface in open spaces with open windows, which is normal.
- If the unit is switched off and needs to be turned on again quickly, wait approximately three minutes.
- Do not connect to a multiple socket outlet shared with other appliances.
- Select a suitable location with easy access to an electrical outlet.
- Plug into a grounded socket-outlet.
- The side access tank must be correctly fitted for the unit to operate.
Caster Installation
Diagram Description: Shows steps for attaching casters and cushion pads.
- Pull out the side access tank.
- Take out a cushion pad and four casters from the bucket, then reinstall the side access tank.
- Tilt the unit on its side and insert two casters. Rotate the unit and insert the other two casters.
- Leave the unit standing upright for half an hour before use.
⚠️ WARNING: Remove the bucket, drain water, and reinstall the plastic cover before installing casters.
- Tilt angle should not exceed 30 degrees. All casters must be installed within 5 minutes.
- After installation, set the unit upright and let it rest for 30 minutes before starting.

More Features
- AUTO SHUT OFF: Unit shuts off when bucket is full, removed, or not replaced properly. Fan may run for 30 seconds. Empty bucket when Full indicator lights up. Wait 3 minutes before restarting.
- CHECK FILTER FEATURE: Filter reminder activates after 250 hours of operation. Press and hold FAN button for 3 seconds after cleaning to reset.
- AUTO-RESTART: Unit restarts with previous settings after power interruption.
Removing Collected Water
There are three ways to remove collected water:
- Type 1: Bucket drainage: When the bucket is full, the Full indicator lights up. The compressor and fan turn off. Display shows P2. Pull the bucket out halfway, lift by the handle, and pour out water. Ensure the bucket is correctly reinstalled for operation.
- Type 2: Water hose drainage (continuous): Attach a water hose (approx. 5/16" diameter, female threaded end) to the drain outlet. Remove the water plug, insert the hose, and lead it to a floor drain or suitable facility. Ensure the hose is secure, leak-free, and slopes downwards. Select desired humidity and fan speed for continuous draining.
- Type 3: Pump drainage (only for pump model): Connect the pump drain hose by pressing the tightening ring and pulling out the plug. Insert the hose onto the drainage joint, ensuring a secure seal. Place the other end in the desired drainage location (floor drain, container, outdoors). To remove, press the ring, pull out the hose, and replace the plug.
When removing the bucket, do not touch internal parts. Ensure the bucket is pushed in gently. If the pump hose disconnects, reinstall it properly. Dry any residual water. If the bucket is removed, the unit will beep and display 'Eb'.
For pump drainage, the maximum distance and rise is 5m. Exceeding this may cause damage or leaks. If removing the hose for bucket mode, reinsert the drain plug.
