Earphone Operation Method

Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power/Volume+ button until the LED indicator turns blue (on) or red (off).
Pairing: Turn off the headphones. Press and hold the Volume+ button until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately. On your device, open Bluetooth settings and select "OpenRun Pro 2 by Shokz".
Wearing Method: Place the earphones around the back of your neck and hook the ear hooks over your ears. Ensure the transducers are positioned in front of your ears for proper use.
Volume: During audio playback or calls, press the Volume+ or Volume- button to adjust the volume. A beep indicates maximum volume. High volumes may cause hearing damage or audio distortion.
Multifunction Button:
- Play/Pause: Single click
- Next Track: Double click during music playback
- Previous Track: Triple click during music playback
- Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold for 2 seconds
- Answer/End Call: Single click
- Reject Call: Press and hold for 2 seconds
- Change Language: Double click in pairing mode (LED flashes red and blue alternately)
- Answer second incoming call and end current call: Press and hold for 2 seconds while the second call is ringing.
- Answer second incoming call and put current call on hold: Single click while the second call is ringing.
- Switch between two calls: Single click
- Keep current call and end other calls: Press and hold for 2 seconds.
Battery Level Check: When audio is paused, press the Volume+ or Volume- button. The battery level will be announced audibly (e.g., "Battery is charging", "Battery is about half full", "Battery is low, please charge").

Features

Equalizer Modes:

Standard Mode: Balanced frequencies, suitable for everyday listening.
Vocal Mode: Emphasizes mid-range frequencies, ideal for podcasts and online lectures.
Bass Boost: Emphasizes low frequencies, suitable for music with rhythm during sports.
Treble Boost: Emphasizes high frequencies, suitable for relaxing with light music.

Switching Equalizer Modes: During music playback, press and hold both the Volume+ and Volume- buttons until you hear a beep.

Multipoint Pairing: Allows connection to two devices simultaneously for seamless switching.

To pair two devices:

Turn off the headphones.
Press and hold the Volume+ button until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately and you hear "Pairing mode".
Open the Bluetooth menu on the first device and select "OpenRun Pro 2 by Shokz".
Turn off the headphones.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the second device.
Turn on the headphones. They will now be connected to both devices.

Disconnecting Multipoint Pairing:

Turn off the headphones.
Press and hold the Volume+ button until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately and you hear "Pairing mode".
Press and hold both the Multifunction button and the Volume- button until you hear beeps.

Reset to Factory Settings:

Turn off the headphones.
Press and hold the Volume+ button until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately and you hear "Pairing mode".
Press and hold the Multifunction button, Volume+ button, and Volume- button until you hear beeps.

Language Switching: The earphones support Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean.

Turn off the headphones.
Press and hold the Volume+ button until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately and you hear "Pairing mode".
Double-click the Multifunction button, then single-click the Volume+ button. The corresponding language will be announced when switched.

Care & Maintenance

Charging Method:

The earphones automatically turn off when charging.
Use the included USB-C charging cable.
During charging, the LED indicator is red. When charging is complete, the LED indicator turns from red to green.
If the battery is low, you will hear an announcement "Please charge" and the red light will flash intermittently.

Storage and Maintenance:

Store in a dry, cool place. Operating temperature: 0-40°C (32-102°F).
Keep away from heat sources, flammable gases, detergents, and corrosive liquids. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures.
If parts are damaged, or if smoke, heat, or a burning smell occurs, stop using immediately.
The earphones have an IP55 dust and water resistance rating, suitable for sports and activities near water, but not for submersion. Do not immerse the earphones in water. IP55 is not a permanent rating and may degrade over time due to normal wear and tear.
Wipe the earphones with a soft, dry cloth.
If stored for a long period, recharge before use.

Hearing Protection: Listening at excessive volumes can distort sound and increase the risk of hearing damage or hearing loss. Avoid listening to audio at high volumes for extended periods.

Battery Precautions:

Replacing the battery incorrectly may disable safety features.
Do not dispose of batteries in fire or high-temperature ovens, crush or cut them, as this may cause an explosion.
Do not expose batteries to extremely high temperatures, as this can cause battery leakage or explosion.
Do not use batteries if they are significantly swollen.

Charging Precautions:

Ensure the charging port is dry before connecting the charging cable to prevent short circuits, fire, or explosions.
Do not charge immediately after exercising, as sweat in the charging port can cause circuits to burn out and lead to malfunction.
Keep the product away from heat sources during charging.
Use only certified power sources that meet regional regulatory requirements (e.g., UL, CSA, VDE, CCC).

Driving Safety: Using this product while driving may be illegal in some regions. Check local traffic laws and regulations before use.

Skin Sensitivity: Prolonged contact with the materials may cause skin allergies or hypersensitivity in rare cases. If you have skin injuries or inflammation, consult a doctor before use. If you experience redness, swelling, or itching, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
