Smart Watch User Manual

Please carefully read the user manual to ensure safety.

Device Introduction

App Installation - Pairing

Long press the power button to turn on - proceed to the power-on instructions to set the language - scan the QR code and download the H BAND app to pair and connect - set up the watch in the app (no account registration required).

Notes:

  • 1. Ensure your mobile phone's Bluetooth and GPS are turned on before connecting.
  • 2. Do not pair mobile Bluetooth directly with the watch.
  • 3. Support: (1) Android 5.0 and above, (2) iOS 9.0 and above.

  • Select the searched device: C5
  • Confirm connection
  • Click More Options
  • Go to app settings

Wearing the Watch / Strap Replacement

  • Left image: Maintain an appropriate distance between the watch and your wrist, and adjust the clasp so it is not too tight.
  • Right image: Slide the buckle and detach the watch.

Notes:

  • 1. Wearing the watch too loosely may affect the accuracy of heart rate data.
  • 2. Keep its surface clean and dry.

Interface Operation Guide

1. Main Watch Menu

Press and hold for 3s on the main screen to enter the watch menu.

2. Interface Operation

Status Bar: [Find phone icon], [Alarm icon], [Brightness icon], [Info icon]. Access device information (model, MAC / version).

Main Interface: Displays time, date, and step count.

Various interface screens:

  • Steps: Displays step count, distance, and calories.
  • Sleep: Displays sleep duration.
  • Heart Rate: Displays current heart rate (HR) and BPM.

Message Bar (Notifications): Displays messages from apps like WeChat, QQ, LinkedIn.

Navigation Note: Swipe right and left to enter the shortcut interaction interface; Swipe up to go to the notification bar interface and swipe down.

  • [Sport icon] Sports Mode: Supports 10 sports modes, such as outdoor running and walking.
  • [Steps icon] Step Counting Mode: Records total steps, distance, and calories.
  • [Sleep icon] Sleep Mode: Records total sleep time, deep sleep time, and wake time.
  • [Heart Rate icon] Heart Rate Mode: Measures current heart rate and records highest, lowest, and previous heart rate.
  • [Alarm icon] Alarm Reminder: Set alarms in the app.
  • [Music icon] Music Control: Control and play mobile music.
  • [Find Phone icon] Find Your Phone: Locate your phone using the watch via Bluetooth within connection range.
  • [Camera icon] Camera Control: Control the phone's camera remotely by shaking the watch.
  • [Women's Health icon] Women's Health: Set and receive reminders for the menstrual cycle.

Safety Precautions and Product Information

1. Battery

[Battery icon] Do not damage or disassemble the battery.

2. Health Information

If you wear electronic implants, such as pacemakers, please consult a doctor before measuring your heart rate. The optical heart rate sensor flashes green. If you have epilepsy or are sensitive to flashing lights, consult a doctor before using the product. The device tracks daily activities (steps, distance, calories, sleep, heart rate) via its sensor. Note that this data may not be entirely accurate. The device, accessories, and sensor data are for entertainment and fitness purposes only, not for medical use. They cannot diagnose, monitor, treat, or prevent any diseases or symptoms. Heart rate data is for informational purposes only. The manufacturer is not responsible for results caused by data deviation.

3. Driving Safety

[Safety icon] Exercise caution and ensure driving safety. Do not perform activities that may distract you.

4. Working Environment

[Environment icon] Please do not use the watch in hot water. Do not wear the watch too tightly and keep the part that touches the skin dry. Do not allow children or animals to bite the device or its accessories to avoid damage. The watch is not waterproof against acids, alkalis, chemical reagents, and other corrosive liquids. Use the device within the range of 0-35 °C. Extreme temperatures may cause the device to malfunction.

Declaration of Conformity

The device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. All operations must comply with the following:

  • 1. The device will not cause harmful interference.
  • 2. The device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the compliance department may void the user's authority to operate the device. According to FCC Part 15, the device has passed testing and complies with the limits for Class B digital devices, providing reasonable protection against harmful interference in homes. The device generates, uses, and emits RF energy; improper installation and use may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Interference in a specific environment cannot be guaranteed to be avoided. If the device causes harmful interference to radio or television reception, turn it on or off to check. Users are encouraged to try the following solutions:

  • Change the position of the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the distance between the device and the receiver.
  • Connect the device to an outlet (different from the receiver's).
  • Consult an agency or an experienced technician for assistance.

6. Safety Warnings

Unauthorized battery replacement may lead to explosion. Please dispose of used batteries according to the following descriptions:

Owners of old devices should deliver them to collection points or similar stations. Personal effort contributes to recycling valuable raw materials and handling hazardous substances.
