Instructions for proper use and care.
Installing Batteries
- Locate the battery door behind the LED lamp and remove it from the compartment.
- Insert 3 AAA batteries into the battery housing, observing the polarity indicators printed on the top and bottom of the housing.
- Place the loaded battery housing into the battery compartment, aligning with the polarity indicators marked on the metal contacts of the battery housing.
- Replace the battery door when finished.
Diagrams illustrate the process: first, the battery door is shown being removed from the compartment behind the LED lamp. Second, AAA batteries are inserted into the battery housing, with clear indicators for positive (+) and negative (-) terminals. Third, the loaded battery housing is placed back into the battery compartment, aligning with the metal contacts. Finally, the battery door is shown being replaced.
Using Your Magnifier
Follow these steps to determine your desired magnification and use the visor:
- Refer to the chart below to select your desired magnification.
- To use Lens 2, swing it down until it clicks into place.
- To use Lens 3, rotate it until it is positioned in front of Lens 1.

Figure 1 shows the arrangement of the three lenses (Lens 1, Lens 2, Lens 3) which can be combined for different magnifications.
- Put on the head visor. To adjust the head strap: Press down on the buckle marked "Push" to release the strap lock. Adjust the strap to your desired size and release the buckle to lock it in place.
- Adjust the visor up or down until the subject you are viewing is in focus. You may need to move the subject closer or further away depending on your vision.
- To activate the LED lights, slide the switch on top of the visor to the "On" position. Adjust the LED light position as needed to illuminate your subject.
Figure 2 depicts the head strap adjustment buckle, clearly marked with the word 'Push' to release the strap. Figure 3 shows the LED light switch on the top of the visor, indicating the 'On' position.
Cleaning/Care Instructions
- Handle lenses with care to avoid scratching. Always store the item in its box when not in use.
- Clean using a microfiber lens cloth only. Do not use abrasives, chemical cleaners, or solvents.
- Do not use outdoors in direct sunlight. Do not store the product in any area exposed to direct sunlight.
- Remove batteries before storing the visor for an extended period.
Warning
Do not mix old and new batteries, batteries with different brand names, or different types within brands. Different attributes may cause batteries to leak fluid, overheat, or explode. Do not expose to fire or excessive heat. Inspect all batteries for signs of corrosion or leakage. Use alkaline batteries only; rechargeable batteries are not recommended. Insert all batteries in the direction indicated.
