Get Started

For the best experience, it is recommended to fully charge your battery before setup. The LED on the front of the camera will turn solid blue when 100% charged.

1. Download the Arlo Secure App:

2. Start Setup:

Tap Devices, then tap the [Add icon] button. Select Cameras > Essential Series > Essential Cameras 2nd Generation and follow the on-screen prompts.

Get to Know Your Camera

Camera Overview:

The camera features a front view with a lens, a motion sensor below the lens, and an LED indicator at the top. Key components are labeled:

• Pairing Button: Typically located on the top or side of the camera.
• Charging Port: Located on the camera body for connecting the USB cable.
