Charter 1 Introduction

1. Product Description

It is a great tool for PowerPoint presentations! With it, you can interact with your audiences and still maintain control of your laptop or PC. You don't need to stand beside your computer or blackboard. With it you have complete control!

You can effortlessly deliver your best PowerPoint presentations with the wireless presenter, highlight important details with the laser pointer and manage the presentation within a 30 meters range.

8. Function Description

  1. Working is blue light; Charging status or low power red light.
  2. Press and hold "Laser Pointer" button to turn on the laser, release button to turn it off.
  3. Press "Page Up" button for 2 seconds to play slides from the current page. Press the button for 2 seconds again to escape from the full screen.
  4. Press "Page Down" button and "Page Up" button to go forward and backward.
  5. Click the left mouse button, double-click to open the file/document.
  6. Mouse ON/OFF
  7. Press volume up or volume down, you can adjust system volume.
  8. Right mouse button function: Long press "VOL+" for about 2 seconds.

9. Installation

1) Take out the mini USB receiver from the wireless presenter

Take out the mini USB receiver from the wireless presenter. You can press any button to check whether the power is on or not. If the LED is flashing when the button is pressed, it means the wireless presenter is turned on.

2) Install the USB receiver

Please plug the receiver into the laptop's USB port. The system will automatically detect the device. Follow the steps to search the driver of the USB device and complete the setup.

Charter 3 Frequently Asked Questions

1) How to know the battery is out of power?

If the blue LED on the wireless presenter starts to flash slowly, it means the power is low and the battery needs to be replaced.

2) The laser pointer does not work, why?

You can check whether the wireless presenter is in low power or out of power. If the LED flash slowly, it means the power is low and the battery needs to be replaced. If all the other buttons can work, only the laser pointer cannot work, the laser diode may need replacement.

3) When the mini USB receiver plugs into the PC USB, the laptop does not detect the device, why?

Please try another USB port or another PC.

4) Doesn't work on PowerPoint or Keynote, why?

There are 3 modes of up and down buttons: Page up and page down, up and down, left and right. Using on PowerPoint requires mode of page up and page down, while using on Keynote requires mode of left and right. You can press the up and down buttons simultaneously for one second until the LED indicator flashes to change the mode.

The operation of MAC first time identifying the presenter:

  1. Plug the USB receiver, please click "continue" when it comes out a window as below:macOS dialog box: 'Introduction Your keyboard cannot be identified and will not be usable until it is identified. To identify this keyboard click Continue.'
  2. Triple press the next page or previous page button when it comes out a window as below:macOS dialog box: 'Keyboard Setup Assistant Identifying Your Keyboard'. Instructions: 'Press the key Immediately to the right of the Shift key on the left side of the keyboard that 't be identified. Press the key only once and do not hold down the key for a long time. When the key is recognized, the next panel will appear.' Shows 'shift' and 'OK' buttons.
  3. After your 5 seconds waiting, please click "OK" when it comes out a window as below :macOS dialog box: 'Your keyboard cannot be identified. The keys you pressed were not recognized. Click OK to select the keyboard type.' Shows 'shift' and 'OK' buttons.
  4. Please select ANSI option and click "done" when it comes out a window as below :macOS dialog box: 'Keyboard Setup Assistant Select the Keyboard Type'. Options: OJIS (Japanese), OS (European), ANSI (United States and others). Buttons: 'Go Back', 'Done'.

5 If you accidentally close the pop-up window or it doesn't show up the window for the first-time connecting and can't be used, please start the connection following step 5 then repeat step 1 2 3 4

Choose [system preferences]

macOS System Preferences window, with the 'Keyboard' tab selected. Icons for General, Desktop & Screen Saver, Mission Control, Language & Region, Security & Privacy, Spotlight, Notifications, Displays, Energy Saver, Keyboard, Mouse, Trackpad, Printers & Scanners, Sound, iCloud, Internet, Extensions, Network, Bluetooth, Sharing.

Choose [keyboard]

macOS System Preferences > Keyboard window, showing settings for Key Repeat, Delay Until Repeat, and keyboard brightness. Options for 5 secs, 10 secs, 30 secs, 1 min, 5 mins, Never. Buttons: 'Change Keyboard Type...', 'Set Up Bluetooth Keyboard...', 'Modifier Keys...'.

Choose [change keyboard Type.....
