Intended use

The under-bench air conditioner is intended to be installed in motor homes, caravans and other vehicles with habitation compartments.

The under-bench air conditioner is not suitable for:

This manual provides information that is necessary for proper installation and/or operation of the product. Poor installation and/or improper operating or maintenance will result in unsatisfactory performance and a possible failure.

Air conditioning modes

The under-bench air conditioner has the following air conditioning modes:

Air conditioning modeDisplayed symbolDescription
AutomaticThe under-bench air conditioner regulates the interior temperature to the set temperature by heating or cooling and controlling the required blower speed. Note: In "Automatic" mode the button, the + button and the button are deactivated.
CoolingThe under-bench air conditioner cools the interior temperature to the set temperature with specified blower settings.
HeatingThe under-bench air conditioner heats the interior temperature to the set temperature with specified blower settings.
Circulating airThe blower operates to circulate air without heating or cooling with specified blower settings.
DehumidificationThe under-bench air conditioner regulates the interior temperature to the set temperature by heating or cooling and controlling the required blower speed. In addition, the under-bench air conditioner removes moisture from the air. Note: In "Dehumidification" mode the button is deactivated.

Blower speed settings

In all air conditioning modes, except for the "Automatic" mode, the blower speed can be selected manually.

Automatic mode only available in the "Cooling" ( ) mode, "Heating" ( ) mode and "Dehumidifying" ( ) mode

Before first use

I NOTE Ensure that both the air intake opening and the air nozzles are free. All ventilation grilles must always be kept free to ensure that the under-bench air conditioner is able to operate at maximum capacity.

Setting the remote control

  1. Insert the batteries into the remote control. The display shows all symbols for 5 seconds.
  2. During these 5 seconds, press the button and the button simultaneously. The display shows the default model number.
  3. Press the + button and the button simultaneously within 3 seconds to select the model number:
    • FreshWell3000: 02
    • FreshJet: 07
    • FreshLight: 11
    The display shows all symbols for 5 seconds. The remote control is ready for operation.

Setting the time

  1. Press and hold the button for 2 seconds. The time flashes.
  2. Press the + button or the button to set the current time.
  3. I NOTE Press and hold the + button or the button longer than 2 s to increase or decrease the time quicker.
  4. Press the SET button to confirm the time.

Operation

The under-bench air conditioner can be operated via the remote control.

The statutory warranty period applies. If the product is defective, please contact your retailer or the manufacturer's branch in your country (see dometic.com/dealer).

Disposal

Recycling packaging material

Place the packaging material in the appropriate recycling waste bins wherever possible.
