1. Access Control Wiring Diagram
1) Access Control External Power Wiring Diagram (Recommendation)
This diagram illustrates the recommended wiring for an access control system using external power. It shows connections for an Electric Lock, Doorbell, Magnetic Sensor, and Electric Bell. Key inputs include Wiegand Output terminals (D0, D0, GND, WG-1, WG-0) and power inputs (+12V, GND). The system also features terminals for BELL-, BELL+, DOOR-SEN, GND, EXIT, EXTI, LOCK-NC, LOCK-COM, LOCK-NO, ALARM-, and ALARM+.
2) General Power Wiring Diagram
This diagram shows the wiring configuration for the access control system using a general DC12V power source. It connects to the same external components: Electric Lock, Doorbell, Magnetic Sensor, and Electric Bell. The inputs include Wiegand Output terminals (D0, D0, GND, WG-1, WG-0) and power inputs (+12V, GND), alongside terminals for BELL-, BELL+, DOOR-SEN, GND, EXIT, EXTI, LOCK-NC, LOCK-COM, LOCK-NO, ALARM-, and ALARM+.
2. Department Setting
To configure departments, navigate the menu by selecting "Dept." to enter the department Settings interface. Here, you can set the name for each department. Subsequently, select "Modify User" within the user management interface to enter the User Information Modifier for departments.
The interface displays a list of departments, each with a number and a name, such as "1.abc" with value "1", and "2. Unset" with value "0".
3. Shifts Setting
Access the shifts setting interface by selecting "Shifts" from the main menu.
- Shifts setting: Allows configuration of up to 24 shifts, including the first period, commuting time, and overtime check-in time.
- Attendance rules: Enables setting of late arrival and early departure times.
- Download scheduling: To download the shift table, insert a U disk into the USB interface and press "OK".
- Upload scheduling: To upload a modified scheduling form, copy it to a U disk, insert it into the USB interface, and follow the "OK" prompt.
The interface shows icons for 'shifts', 'Rules', 'Download', and 'Upload'.
4. Users Management
Navigate to the users management interface by selecting "Users" from the main menu.
Registered users: New users can be registered by entering their work number and name, and selecting their registration method: face, fingerprint, card, or password.
The user registration screen shows fields for 'ID', 'Name', 'Dept', 'Face', 'Vein', 'Finger', 'Pwd' (Password), and 'Card', with example entries like "1.ID 2", "2.Name", "3.Dept abc", and "4.Face Unset".
Modify users: Select "Modify" in the user management interface to update user data, including job number, name, department, face, fingerprint, password, card number, and permissions. Users can also be deleted. (Note: Work number cannot be modified).
Download data: User data can be downloaded to a U disk. The U disk must be formatted as FAT32.
Upload data: User data from a U disk can be uploaded to the device.
The interface includes icons for 'Enroll', 'Modify', 'Download', and 'Upload'.
5. Download the Report Form
To download reports using a U disk, navigate to the download report section by selecting "Reports" from the main menu. The interface shows icons for 'Reports' and 'Logs'.
6. Access Control Settings
Access the access settings by selecting "Settings" from the main menu, then choosing "Lockctrl".
The 'LockCtrl' settings screen allows configuration of various access control parameters:
Setting | Description |

Users | At the same time, several users need to confirm to open the door. (Value shown: 1) |
Unlock Time | Controls the time duration for which the electric lock remains engaged or disengaged. (Value shown: 5) |
Lock Type set | Offers three types: NG, NO, and NC. "NG" signifies that the door magnetic switch is not utilized. |
Alarm Delay | Defines the time period after the door opens or closes before the door status is detected. The default is 5 seconds, with a maximum setting of 255 seconds. |
Turn Off Alarm | Specifies actions when the alarm is triggered and the operation is not illegal. |
Use Alarm | Configures the alarm signal when the machine is switched on or off. |
WG Format | Supports WG 26 and WG 34. "WG 26" refers to the Wiegand26 signal output, and "WG 34" refers to the Wiegand34 signal output. |
WG Output | Configures output based on job number and card number. "Job number" represents the user's job identifier, and "card number" represents the user's card identifier. |
WG Inport | Configures input based on job number and card number. "Job number" represents the user's job identifier, and "card number" represents the user's card identifier. |
Init Wifi | Establishes a connection with the doodle APP. |
The 'Settings' menu screen displays icons for 'Company', 'Device', 'Time', 'Rec.Rule', and 'Lockctrl'.
7. Device Settings
Access device settings by selecting "Settings" from the main menu, then choosing "Device Settings".
The 'Device' settings screen allows configuration of:

Admins | Configurable from 1 to 10, setting the number of managers. (Value shown: 5) |
Volume | Adjustable from 0 to 5, allowing selection of the desired volume level. (Value shown: 3) |
Date Format | Allows setting the order of year, month, and day. (Value shown: YMD) |
Verify | Supports FC (Face), FP (Fingerprint), P (Password), and C (Card/IC Card) verification methods. A combination of methods can be chosen. (Value shown: Any) |
Set Alarms | Up to 8 sets of alarms can be configured per day, with the number of ringings adjustable from 0 to 255. |
Init Fp sensor | Initializes the machine's fingerprint sensor. |
Reset Default | Restores all settings to factory defaults, but user registration data is not cleared. Attendance records are also retained. |
Delete All Logs | Deletes all attendance records, but user information remains. The password required is 8282. |
Delete All Data | Deletes all attendance records and user registration data. The password required is 8282; use with caution. |
Upgrade | To update the firmware, place the firmware file onto a U disk, insert it into the USB interface, and press "OK" to upgrade the firmware. |
8. Record Settings
Access record settings by selecting "Settings" from the main menu, then choosing "Rec.Rule".
The 'Rec Rule' settings screen allows configuration of:

9. Disassembly Diagram of the Equipment
The following steps describe the installation and disassembly process:
- It is recommended that the installation height from the base line to the ground is 1.3 meters. The applicable height range is 1.5 m to 1.8 m, which can be adjusted according to the overall height of the users. [Illustration: Device and mounting bracket]
