It also provides a good source of Vitamin B6, which contributes to normal hormonal activity, nervous system and psychological function, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Shilajit
Shilajit is a natural plant-based substance formed over centuries by the gradual decomposition of certain plants by microorganisms. It is composed mainly of humic substances and is particularly rich in fulvic acid, which has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, cognitive enhancing, and energetic balance restoring properties. Historically, shilajit has been consumed in Nepal and North India as part of the diet.
Lepidium meyenii (Maca)
Maca root has been grown and consumed as a food crop and aphrodisiac in the Peruvian Andes for centuries. Maca root is traditionally used to enhance virility and fertility and to support energy, stamina, and endurance.
Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari)
Shatavari is described as "the woman who acquires 100 husbands". It is a renowned reproductive tonic with a capacity to extend fertility and endurance. In Ayurveda, it is referred to as the "Queen of Herbs" and is thought to encourage love and passion. It is the primary Ayurvedic revitalising herb for females.
Tremella mushroom
Tremella mushroom has been a staple in Chinese cuisine for centuries. It is rich in dietary fibre, protein, minerals, antioxidants, and Vitamin D. It has also been used by Chinese and Japanese herbalists as a potent Qi tonic for thousands of years, thought to nourish the lungs, kidneys, heart, brain, and stomach, and support the immune system. Tremella's polysaccharides have been shown to stimulate the production of the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the brain and liver, which helps protect and regenerate skin, preventing wrinkling and sagging.
