Public Offer: Participation Rules for the "Back To School - Maktabga AAAjoyib Xarid" Promotion

1. General Conditions

These participation rules for the "Back To School - Maktabga AAAjoyib Xarid" promotion (the "Promotion") constitute an agreement between LLC "SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS UZBEKISTAN" (the "Organizer") and the Promotion Participant. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and signifies the Participant's acknowledgment and unconditional agreement to these Promotion Rules (the "Rules"), posted on the official online store website at the following address: https://www.samsung.com/uz_ru/offer/maktabga-aaajoyib-xarid (the "Promotion Website").

1.1. Organizer:

LLC "SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS UZBEKISTAN", located at: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Yunusabad district, "Oloy Bozori berk" street, 64.

1.2. Promotion Period:

From 0:00 on August 18, 2025, to September 14, 2025 (inclusive) until 23:59 Tashkent time.

1.3. Promotion Territory:

Retail outlets of the Organizer's Official Partners within the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.4. Official Partners (the "Official Partner"):

Sifat Biznes Savdo LLC, Texnomart LLC, Texnoport LLC, Idea Concept Group LL, DXB Retail LL, Trust Valley Trade LLC, Amir Group DU FE LLC, The Eleven Electronics JV LLC, FE BM OPERATION LLC, Business Group XD LLC, Radius Mobile LLC, DXB Device Distribution FC LLC.

1.5. Promotion Website:

The Promotion Website is the primary source of information regarding the Promotion. Information about the Promotion on the Organizer's social networks is a summary; all full and detailed information is set forth in these Rules.

2. Participant

2.1. Participant Eligibility:

Participants in the Promotion may include all capable individuals who have reached the age of 18, are residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as foreign citizens who have a residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and who have personally, by their own efforts and means, fulfilled all the conditions of these Rules (the "Participant").

2.2. Exclusions:

Employees of the Organizer, affiliated persons, their family members, as well as employees of other companies involved in the organization and conduct of the Promotion, cannot participate in the Promotion.

2.3. Consent to Data Processing:

By participating in the Promotion, and by providing any information (including on the Promotion Website) during registration or otherwise, including information that constitutes personal data, the Participant gives their consent to the collection, storage, transfer, and processing, including cross-border transfer, of their personal data. This includes data such as city of residence, full name, details of the identity document (identity card or residence permit for foreigners), phone number, email address, residential address. This data is processed by the Organizer and authorized third parties for the purpose of controlling the Promotion, fulfilling its terms, for advertising, marketing, and news distribution, as well as for other direct marketing contacts. Consent extends to all types of processing of transferred data necessary to achieve the stated processing goals, including, but not limited to: obtaining, recording, storing, clarifying, using, transferring (including cross-border transfer in accordance with applicable legislation), deleting, destroying, including by authorized persons of the Organizer/other authorized persons/third parties. Consent is valid from the moment such data is transferred to the Organizer until the moment this consent is revoked in accordance with applicable legislation.

2.4. Media Consent:

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant gives the Organizer unconditional and gratuitous consent to conduct photo/video shooting, storage, use, and placement of the corresponding photo/video materials featuring their image/participation on the Organizer's website, as well as on the Organizer's official social media pages, and for other purposes, including, but not limited to, accounting and reporting.

3. Promotion Description

3.1. Promotion Offer:

In accordance with these Rules, the Participant, upon fulfillment of all conditions stipulated by these Rules, has the opportunity to receive a discount on the purchase of goods under the SAMSUNG trademark, as specified in these Rules.

4. Participation Conditions

4.1. How to Participate:

To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must, during the Promotion Period, visit one of the promotion points specified in clause 1.4. and purchase one of the products (phone, tablet, TV, or monitor) under the SAMSUNG trademark. Complete the purchase by providing all necessary data at the point of sale, such as: Full Name, mobile phone number, email address, and product serial number.

5. Gifts

5.1. Gift Types:

Gifts for the Promotion include products under the SAMSUNG brand or a 15% discount, depending on the purchased product under the SAMSUNG trademark.

5.2. Gifts for Phones/Tablets:

When purchasing one of the phones or tablets under the SAMSUNG trademark, the following gifts are provided:

When purchasing one of the TVs or monitors under the SAMSUNG trademark, the following gifts are provided:

5.2. Total Gifts:

The total number of Gifts is 30,335 units.

5.3. Gift Availability:

The number of Gifts is limited. The Organizer reserves the right to independently determine the number of Gifts and to change it.

5.4. Gift Color:

The color of the Gift depends on the availability of the product at the Official Partner's warehouse or at the Gift pickup point of the Official Partner, which is the address where the TV purchase was made. The color may also differ from the image on the Promotion Website.

5.5. Gift Warranty:

The Gift received as part of the Promotion is covered by the standard warranty for such types of goods.

5.6. Gift Services:

The Gift does not include any setup or connection services.

5.7. Returns:

In case of return of a Product participating in the Promotion, the Gift must be returned. If the Participant refuses to return the Gift, the Organizer has the right not to refund the corresponding Product. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the rules established by the Official Partner.

5.8. Participant Disqualification:

A Participant forfeits the right to participate in the Promotion and cannot claim a Gift in the following cases:

• 5.8.1. Violation of any terms of the Promotion;
• 5.8.2. Providing false/incorrect contact information for the Participant;
• 5.8.3. Discovery of fraud or other illegal actions;
• 5.8.4. Transfer of registration data to third parties;
• 5.8.5. Refusal to provide information/documents, or refusal of photo/video shooting in violation of these Rules.

5.9. No Cash Equivalent:

Under no circumstances will the Organizer exchange a Gift for its cash equivalent or provide a substitute for the corresponding Gift with another product.

5.10. Taxes:

Taxes and other mandatory payments arising in connection with receiving a Gift are paid by the Organizer independently and at their own expense.

5.11. Payment Requests:

If any persons demand payment for the cost of a Gift, taxes, or other payments, please do not make such payments and immediately contact the Organizer.

5.12. Unclaimed Gifts:

Gifts not claimed by the Winner by February 2, 2025, are considered unclaimed. Unclaimed Gifts are not stored and are used by the Organizer at their discretion.

6. Winner Determination Procedure

6.1. Winners:

Winners are recognized as the first 30,335 (Thirty thousand three hundred thirty-five) Participants who have fulfilled all conditions specified in clause 4.1. of these Rules.

6.2. Gift Claim Requirements:

• 6.2.1. Personally appear at the Promotion Territory specified in clause 1.4. of these Rules at their own expense;
• 6.2.2. Provide a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• 6.2.3. If necessary, consent to a photo report with the received gift in hand.

7. Participant Rights and Obligations

7.1. Participant Rights:

• Familiarize themselves with these Rules;
• Participate in the Promotion in the manner defined by these Rules;
• Receive information about the Promotion's terms and conditions on the public resources of Official Partners and communication channels on the Promotion Website;
• Receive information about changes to these Rules on the Promotion Website, if any arise;
• Refuse to accept changes by withdrawing from the Promotion if they disagree with the specified changes. Continued participation in the Promotion is considered the Participant's consent to the introduced changes;
• Obtain information about the Organizer of the Promotion;
• Request the delivery of a Gift in accordance with these Rules.

7.2. Participant Obligations:

• Comply with the Rules, including performing all actions related to participation in the Promotion within the deadlines established by these Rules;
• Independently bear all expenses related to participation in the Promotion, including (but not limited to) expenses for Internet, phone, and the like;
• Fulfill other obligations stipulated by these Rules and the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8. Organizer Rights and Obligations

8.1. Organizer Rights:

• To unilaterally amend these Rules during the Promotion Period, or to terminate the Promotion early by giving prior notice to the Participant by posting a corresponding message on the Promotion Website. The date of notification is the date of publication of the relevant information on the Promotion Website or an additional date specified during the terms of change. Continued participation in the Promotion is considered the Participant's consent to the introduced changes;
• To request necessary information and documents from Participants in cases provided for by these Rules, as well as other documents for submission to state authorities;
• The Organizer exercises all rights provided for by these Promotion Rules and the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• To refuse to issue Gifts to a Participant who has not fulfilled all the conditions specified in clause 4.1. of the Rules, correctly and in full;
• To refuse to issue a Gift to a Participant in case of establishing the fact of the Participant's non-compliance with these Rules.

8.2. Organizer Obligations:

• Comply with the Rules, perform all actions related to the Promotion, within the established deadlines;
• Ensure the conduct of the Promotion in accordance with the Rules;
• Ensure information dissemination to Promotion Participants about the Rules of its conduct by posting the Promotion Rules on the Promotion Website and through selected communication channels;
• Issue Gifts of the Promotion to all Promotion Participants who have correctly fulfilled all the conditions of the Rules.

9. Other Conditions

9.1. Agreement and Disqualification:

All Participants in the Promotion, by taking part in it, agree to the Promotion Rules and undertake to adhere to and fulfill them. A Participant loses the right to receive a Gift in cases where:

• They have violated these Promotion Rules;
• They have committed an act of fraud and/or deception to receive a Gift;
• They have provided false/incorrect data;

9.2. Consent:

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant expresses their unconditional consent to these Rules. A Participant's refusal to comply with the Rules in full or in part is considered a Participant's refusal to participate in the Promotion.

9.3. Nature of Promotion:

The Promotion is not a contest, lottery, or any other risk-based gambling game;

9.4. Feedback:

The Participant may be contacted by the Quality Department for customer service control of the Organizer/Partner to obtain feedback. The Participant may refuse to provide their opinion.
