Product Overview

The Nortek Global HVAC KG7TC Series Smartlite® furnaces are high-efficiency, two-stage, fixed-speed ECM, condensing upflow/horizontal gas furnaces. They feature an Induced Draft design with 95.1% Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) and input heating capacities ranging from 60,000 to 120,000 Btuh.

These furnaces are designed for flexible installation, suitable for free-standing placement in utility rooms, basements, or enclosed in alcoves or closets. The units are ready for upflow or horizontal application, with an extended flush jacket for a clean appliance appearance. They are design certified by CSA for application in both Canada and the United States.

This series is approved and certified by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQM) and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPC) in California. For installations within SCAQMD, it's noted that this furnace does not meet the Rule 1111 NOx emission limit (14 ng/J) and may be subject to a mitigation fee.
