Product Introduction
The Aideepen ESP32-CAM is an enhanced camera module based on the original ESP32-CAM, featuring an external 8dBm high-gain dual-band antenna. This design significantly improves wireless communication distance and overall module quality. It functions as a compact, standalone system (27x40.5x4.5mm) with a low deep sleep current of 6mA. The ESP32-CAM is suitable for a wide range of IoT applications, including home smart devices, industrial wireless control, wireless monitoring, QR code identification, and positioning systems, making it an ideal solution for IoT hardware terminals.

Initial Use Instructions
The module comes with factory test firmware. Before flashing new firmware, perform a photo test:
- Ensure a power supply of 5V/1A or higher is used.
- On a mobile phone or laptop, find the ESP32-CAM hotspot (no password required).
- Open a browser and navigate to
192.168.4.1/jpg
. - If the module's flash lights up and the webpage displays the captured image, the hardware is functional.
This confirms the hardware is OK, allowing for further development.
