The HPS Honeywell Associate Certification program provides a means for students to demonstrate that they have mastered the content of critical courses.

Based on specific employee roles, Honeywell Certified Associate (HCA) certification verifies student mastery of fundamental knowledge of the core product training content.

For Associate certification, the requirement is to successfully complete the training course and any pre-requisites for that course. Then, the student must successfully pass (at a level of 80% correct) a comprehensive examination.

The examination is proctored and closed book. The examination is offered at Honeywell Academy facilities, following on-site training, and virtually. Students register for the examination as they would a course. They have up to four hours to complete the examination, but it will normally require no more than 60 minutes to complete. In the event they fail the first examination, a second can be taken within the next 30 days.
