Instructions

Charging Process

1. After connecting the power, the indicator lights will turn on.
2. Place a mobile phone or other Qi-compatible wireless receiving device onto the product, aligning it correctly. The green indicator light will breathe [breathing light] to indicate charging status.
3. During charging, ensure the center of the mobile phone is aligned with the center of the wireless charger for optimal wireless charging. If charging is not working properly, adjust the phone's position until normal charging is displayed. [Visual aid: diagram showing phone placement on charger].
4. When the green LED light flickers [flickering light], the wireless charger is in an error or protection state. Check if any metallic objects are placed on the charging area and remove them to resume normal charging. [Visual aid: diagram showing a coin with a cross mark over the charger].

Cautions

• Use the standard adapter included in the package.
• Do not place metal objects (e.g., keys, rings, metallic phone cases) on the back of the phone or directly on the wireless charger during charging.
• If intermittent charging or severe heating occurs, it may be due to misalignment of the phone's receiver coil and the wireless charger's coil. Try cooling the phone and then re-aligning it correctly.
• This product has input over-current and over-voltage protection. Improper use may result in reduced or shut-off output power. Check for device abnormalities or incorrect usage.
• Use the product in an environment with a temperature of 0-25°C. Do not expose the product to water, fire, or extreme temperatures (>40°C or <-20°C). Keep out of reach of children.
• Clean the surface with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use chemicals, soap, or detergents.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for damage or reduced lifespan caused by incorrect user operation or placement.
• iPhone will not enter fast charging mode under the following conditions: a) Battery power is greater than 60%. b) iOS version is below 11.1.2. c) Phone temperature is above 35-40°C. In these cases, charging speed may slow down. Please charge in a suitable temperature environment.
