Basic Instrument Operations
1. Main Interface Settings
In the main interface:
- Press and hold the [OK] button for 5 seconds to lock the buttons. Press and hold again for 5 seconds to unlock.
- In remote connection mode, press and hold the [SET] button for 10 seconds to enter firmware upgrade mode.
- Short press the [OK] button to view the coulometer's information and access the QR code for connecting with the mobile app.
2. System Settings
Users can access system settings by short-pressing the [SET] button from the main interface. Use the [Up Arrow] and [Down Arrow] buttons to navigate options. Short-press [OK] to select or confirm.
(1) Language & Time Zone
Navigate to "Language & Time zone" using the [Up Arrow] and [Down Arrow] buttons. Short-press [OK] to enter the language selection. Select "Chinese" or "English" using the navigation buttons and confirm with [OK]. The system then proceeds to time zone selection. Select a time zone and confirm with [OK] to save changes.
(2) Network Reset
In system settings, navigate to "Network reset" and short-press [OK]. A confirmation dialog will appear. Select "Yes" or "No" using the navigation buttons and confirm with [OK]. Resetting the network requires reconfiguring the connection in the JUNCE HOME mobile app.
(3) System Reboot
Navigate to "System reboot" in system settings and short-press [OK] to restart the device.
(4) Battery Level
Navigate to "Battery level" and short-press [OK]. Adjust the tens and units digits for the battery level (0-100%) using the [Up Arrow] and [Down Arrow] buttons, confirming each digit with [OK]. For first-time use, it is recommended to set the battery level to 100% after fully charging.
(5) Battery Capacity
Navigate to "Battery capacity" and short-press [OK]. Adjust the battery capacity value (0.1-9999.9 Ah) digit by digit using the [Up Arrow], [Down Arrow], and [OK] buttons. For first-time use, set according to the battery's nominal capacity, or after full charge and discharge, set the released capacity as the actual battery capacity.
(6) Alarm
Navigate to "Alarm" and short-press [OK]. Adjust the low capacity alarm threshold (01%-99%) and low voltage alarm threshold (10.0V-99.9V) using the [Up Arrow] and [Down Arrow] buttons. Set to "OFF" to disable an alarm. Confirm settings with [OK].
When battery voltage or capacity falls below thresholds, an alarm window appears with a continuous buzzer for 10 seconds. Press [OK] to acknowledge. If the condition persists, the alarm reactivates. Low voltage alarms may not dismiss if voltage remains low during charging, while low capacity alarms dismiss in charging state.
(7) Color Scheme
Navigate to "Color scheme" and short-press [OK]. Select "Light" or "Dark" using the [Up Arrow] and [Down Arrow] buttons. Press [OK] to apply the selected scheme.
(8) Display
Navigate to "Display" and short-press [OK]. Adjust "Brightness" (01%-100%) using the [Up Arrow] and [Down Arrow] buttons. Press [OK] to confirm brightness and proceed to "Auto Screen Off" settings. Select screen-off time (OFF, 10s-60s) or "Auto" mode. "Auto" mode adjusts brightness based on discharge current (e.g., 15mA threshold for KM105F, 30mA for others).
(9) Password
Navigate to "Password" and short-press [OK]. Adjust the password digits using the [Up Arrow], [Down Arrow], and [OK] buttons. The initial password is 11223344. Changing the password is required for the device-sharing feature in the mobile app.
(10) Factory Reset
Navigate to "Factory reset" and short-press [OK]. Select "Yes" or "No" using the navigation buttons and confirm with [OK]. A factory reset restores all settings to default, requiring reconfiguration.
Wiring Method
KM105F Wiring Steps:
- Use a negative wire to connect the battery's negative terminal to the screw marked "B-" on the sampler.
- Use a negative wire to connect both the charger's negative terminal and the load's negative terminal to the screw marked "P-" on the sampler.
- Use a positive wire to connect the battery's positive terminal to the small screw marked "V+" on the sampler.
KM110F, KM140F, KM160F Wiring Steps:
- Use a negative wire to connect the battery's negative terminal to the screw marked "BATT-" on the sampler.
- Use a negative wire to connect both the charger's negative terminal and the load's negative terminal to the screw marked "LOAD-" on the sampler.
- Use a positive wire to connect the battery's positive terminal to the small screw marked "V+" on the sampler.
Precautions:
- The wire from the battery positive to the sampler's "V+" should be 13-16AWG.
- Ensure negative wires are connected correctly to B-, P- (BATT-, LOAD-) terminals to avoid reversed charging/discharging directions.
- Copper terminals are recommended for secure connections.
- The wire diameter from the battery negative to the sampler's negative must be equal to or greater than the total diameter of all load wires.
- Wiring must be done in a power-off state. Ensure the battery's positive connection is disconnected to prevent electric shock.
- Connect the sampler section first, then the battery's positive terminal.
Display Interface After Wiring Completion: During charging, the current direction symbol is green "+" and the remaining capacity increases. During discharging, the symbol is sky blue "-" and the remaining capacity decreases.
