Mechanical Security: ABUS Customised Products
LSC offers professional laser etching services for ABUS products, allowing businesses to personalise padlocks and cylinders with their corporate name and logo. This service is fast and aims to present corporate images in a high-quality manner. Customisation is available for various ABUS products, including Oval Cylinders (MOQ: 60pcs), Rim Cylinders (MOQ: 60pcs), and Padlocks.

Mechanical Security: ABUS ALARMBOX 2.0
The ABUS AlarmBox 2.0 is a versatile, compact anti-theft device designed to protect belongings from theft. It is battery-operated and detects vibrations and movement, emitting a loud 100dB alarm for 15 seconds if continuous movement is detected. It can be mounted on various items like bags, bicycles, and camping equipment. Available models include the AlarmBox 2.0, AlarmBox 2.0 with Cable, and AlarmBox 2.0 with Chain.
The device also functions as a 2-in-1 alarm & locking system, featuring 3D Position Detection and a 'smart alarm' that emits a small warning beep for minor vibrations. It uses a CR2 battery and supports ABUS adapter chains and cables.

Curtis Warburton - Coast to Country Locksmiths | Caboolture, QLD
This section features Curtis Warburton, an ABYL 2024 First Finalist and locksmith at Coast to Country Locksmiths. Curtis shares his journey starting as an apprentice and establishing his own business. He discusses key industry challenges such as 'dodgy locksmiths' and the need for mandatory licensing, economic factors affecting consumer spending, and the importance of consumer awareness and education. Curtis highlights essential skills for locksmiths, including problem-solving, attention to detail, patience, customer service, integrity, and time management. He expresses his passion for the locksmithing community and his commitment to providing quality security solutions.

PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT
PROTECTOR 412 SERIES EURO CYL ROLLER BOLT LOCKS
Heavy-duty euro-style roller bolt mortice locks with a 30mm backset, available in Satin Brass and Satin Stainless Steel. Features include a 240mm x 24mm faceplate, a 174mm (H) x 45mm (D) case size, a single-throw 16mm deadbolt, and a fixed cam euro-style cylinder. Supplied less cylinder, with retaining screw, black plastic escutcheons, strike plate, and fixing screws. The strike plate measures 170mm (L) x 24mm (W) with a double-sided lip.

D&D LOKKLATCH S3 LOCKABLE GATE LATCH WITH LF3 1R WAFER CYLINDER BLACK
The LokkLatch Series 3 is designed to complement TruClose and KwikFit hinges, offering a modern design and improved strength (20% stronger than S2). It can be mounted on left or right swinging gates and is available in black and white. Features include a 40mm backset rim mount latch, holdback function, SS grade 316 internal components, and dual striker lengths for various gate gaps. It is suitable for metal, wood, vinyl, and round post gates.

ADI GARAGE AND ROLLER DOOR LOCK
This lock is suitable for roller doors, roller shutters, and pantech truck shutters. It can be mounted internally or externally and features a 55mm bolt throw (longer bolt available on request), a 13mm case-hardened bolt, and a 6-pin oval cylinder with a Silca LW4 keyway. It is secured by four 6mm stainless steel cuphead bolts and is Australian Made and Owned with a zinc plate finish. An optional 30mm extended bolt is available.

SMART PRO BYPASS CABLES
Toyota - ADC2021D756924AD: Bypasses the 'TIS' (Technical Information System) challenge-response code for late model Toyota vehicles, providing a direct, secure connection to the vehicle's Smart ECU and wiring loom to save technician time. Applicable to BA platform vehicles with Texas Instruments & Hitag AES transponders. Requires the ADC2015 emulator when all keys are lost.
Toyota - ADC2018D756295AD: Bypasses active alarms in select Toyota vehicles that can prohibit key programming, allowing the execution of the key programming procedure by connecting directly to the Smart ECU and wiring loom. This is useful when manual override fails.

SOFTWARE FOR RENAULT 2019 - ADS2287 (AD)
Advanced Diagnostics has released a software update for Renault vehicles (ADS2287). This update includes additional models and enhances programming procedures for both bladed and proximity keys. It also adds the capability to recover the UCH where data files have become corrupted.

SMART Pro Region Selection
The Advanced-Diagnostics SMART Pro tool allows filtering of vehicle software by region for successful communication and programming. It is recommended to select the Australia-specific menu, curated by LSC Tech Support, for a streamlined experience. Users can adjust region settings via the 'Settings > Region' menu.

Horizontal Mount with Knob Easicode Pro Non-Handed
Borg Mechanical Digital Locks offer a robust security solution. This model is non-handed, features a code-to-open, turn-knob-to-lock mechanism, a matt black marine-grade finish, and a stainless steel laminated bolt with a 40mm throw. It includes an oversized vertical cutout in the strike for gate movement, mortice & rim strikes, and suits gates from 35-80mm thick. It offers over 8000 codes and is guaranteed to resist corrosion for one year.

ECP Keypad & Lever with Fixed Slam Latch & Concealed Fix Strike
This Marine Grade Pro digital lock features a 40mm backset rim mount latch, holdback function, and SS grade 316 internal components. It is fully reversible and offers an Easi-Code Pro code changing procedure. It suits doors from 35-80mm thick and has over 4000 codes. It is designed for light to medium usage, is saltwater tested, suitable for external use, and guaranteed to resist corrosion for one year. An optional code change block pin is available.

Electronic Security: RISCO VIDEO DOORBELL
The new RISCO Video Doorbell enhances security and convenience for home and business owners. It integrates seamlessly with RISCO Cloud, alarm systems, and VUpoint Video Solution. The device allows users to answer doorbell video calls anytime, anywhere, via the iRISCO smartphone application. Installers can configure it using the RISCO Cloud installer admin interface and the HandyApp. Key features include high-definition video (140° viewing angle), two-way audio, motion detection, and night vision IR LEDs.

Electronic Security: SALTO CREDENTIALS & DYNAMIC CABLE SOLUTIONS
SALTO Credentials: Salto Systems advises transitioning from MIFARE Classic to the more secure MIFARE DESfire® technology to maintain high security standards in access management. Salto offers a cost-effective 2K version of DESfire credentials through LSC. They also recommend updating lock firmware to counteract emerging cloning tools.
