- Note: Provides important information for better system usage.
- Caution: Indicates potential hardware damage or data loss and how to avoid it.
- Warning: Indicates potential for bodily harm and how to avoid it.
Power
The monitor should be operated only from the indicated power source. It is equipped with a three-pronged grounded plug for safety. Do not defeat this feature. Unplug the unit during lightning storms or when not in use for extended periods to protect against power surges. Avoid overloading power strips and extension cords. Use the monitor only with UL-listed computers with appropriate receptacles. The wall socket should be near the equipment and easily accessible.
Installation
Do not place the monitor on unstable surfaces. Use only manufacturer-recommended carts, stands, tripods, brackets, or tables. Follow mounting instructions and use recommended accessories. Never insert objects into monitor slots or spill liquids on the monitor. Do not place the front of the product on the floor. If wall-mounting, use a manufacturer-approved kit and follow its instructions. Ensure adequate ventilation around the monitor to prevent overheating. Avoid tilting the monitor downward by more than -5 degrees to prevent panel damage.
Ventilation Requirements (with stand):
- Maintain at least 4 inches (10cm) of space around the monitor.
- Maintain at least 12 inches (30cm) of space above the monitor.
Cleaning
Clean the cabinet regularly with a water-dampened, soft cloth. Use a soft cotton or microfiber cloth. Ensure the cloth is damp and almost dry, and do not allow liquid into the case. Always disconnect the power cord before cleaning.
Other
- If the product emits unusual smells, sounds, or smoke, disconnect the power immediately and contact a service center.
- Ensure ventilating openings are not blocked.
- Do not expose the OLED monitor to severe vibration or high impact conditions.
- Do not knock or drop the monitor during operation or transportation.
- Continuous use of this OLED product for more than four hours is not recommended due to the risk of image retention (burn-in). The product includes technologies to reduce this risk, with a maintenance cycle of approximately 10 minutes. Refer to the "Screen Maintenance" section for details.
