Installation Instructions

Follow these steps for proper installation:

1. Connect hoses to the pool and the filter pump. Ensure correct inlet (A) and outlet (B) connections.
2. Secure hoses with clamps (D).
3. Insert filter cartridge (C) into the pump housing.
4. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
5. Prime the pump by filling it with water before operation.

Choosing the Correct Location: Place the Filter Pump on a solid, level surface at the same level as the pool base. Ensure adequate drainage and access for maintenance. Avoid areas prone to water accumulation.

Attaching a Base (for specific models): For 330, 530, and 800-gallon models, the pump must be vertically fixed to a base using M8 bolts and nuts. The base should have specific hole spacing (127mm for 330gal, 159mm for 530gal, 166mm for 800gal) and weigh at least 18 kg to prevent tipping.

Operation

Air Discharging Operation: Before switching on the pump and after maintenance, ensure air is discharged. This is crucial for pump lifespan.

Daily Operation: A minimum of 8 hours of daily filtration is recommended for clear pool water.

Maintenance Instructions

• Regularly monitor the filter clogging level.
• A weekly cleaning of the filter cartridge is recommended.
• Replace the filter cartridge every two weeks for optimal performance and hygiene.
• Always unplug the pump before performing any maintenance.

Disassembly & Storage Instructions

• Remove and clean all accessories, hoses, and debris screens. Ensure they are completely dry before storage to prevent mold.
• Dispose of the used filter cartridge.
• Store the filter pump in a dry place with moderate temperatures (10°C - 38°C / 50°F - 100°F), especially when temperatures drop below 10°C / 50°F.

Safety Information

• Read and follow all instructions carefully.
• The pump must be supplied by an isolating transformer or a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA.
• Consult a qualified electrician for any electrical questions.
• The power source should be at least 4m away from the pool and 1.2m high.
• The pump unit must be supplied at safety extra-low voltage as marked on the appliance.
• Extension cords cannot be used.
• The supply cord cannot be replaced; if damaged, the appliance must be scrapped.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the supply before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
• Children should not play with the appliance.
• Pumps not protected against freezing should not be left outside during freezing weather.
• Keep the transformer more than 3.5m away from the pool and pump.
• Only use manufacturer-specified filter media.
• Ensure suction openings are not obstructed.
• Stop filtration during maintenance operations.
• Risk of electric shock: never run the filter pump when people are swimming in the pool.
• The appliance must be supplied by an earthed power source.
• Do not bury the cord; locate it to minimize damage from lawn mowers, etc.
• This pump is for use with storable pools only, not permanently-installed pools.
• Using the pump with an unmatched electrical supply is dangerous.
• Turn off electrical power at the circuit breaker and lock the door when working with electricity.
• Do not remove the grounding prong or modify the plug. Consult an electrician for grounding validity.
• Handle the pump with care; do not pull by the power cord. Keep the cord free from abrasions.
• Cleaning and maintenance must be performed by an adult familiar with electrical risks.
• Contact a qualified installer or manufacturer if in doubt.
• Mind all safety requirements and recommendations in the manual.
• Atmospheric conditions can affect performance; shelter the pump from extreme conditions.
• Ensure stopper plugs replace screens before maintenance.
• Do not add chemicals in the filter pump.
• Do not plug or unplug with wet hands.
• Always unplug the appliance during rain, before cleaning, when leaving unattended, or on holidays.
• This product is not intended for commercial use.

Disposal

Do not dispose of electrical products with household waste. Recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local authority or retailer for recycling advice.
