Giant Beetle Pillow
Description
Beetle juice, beetle juice, beetle juice! This project allows for bringing creepy elements into Halloween home decor. Iron-on vinyl makes customizing pillows very easy. This project uses an image from the Cricut® Potions and Spells digital cartridge (2002571).
The visual shows a finished pillow with a large, black beetle silhouette applied to its front. The pillow itself is light grey with a subtle woven texture and is placed on a weathered wooden chair, suggesting an outdoor or rustic setting.

Instructions
Cut
Follow the instructions in Cricut Design Space™ to cut the beetle from iron-on. Be sure to check the "Mirror images for iron-on" box on the Mat Preview screen for each mat containing iron-on before you cut.
Assemble
Weed excess iron-on from around the beetle. Follow the application instructions for Cricut® Iron-on to adhere the beetle to the pillow cover using an iron and press cloth or clean cotton cloth.
