Operating Instructions
- Prepare the Machine: Push the door latch towards the center by hand and remove the side door. Unscrew the oil mist filter of the vacuum pump and fill it with oil. Ensure the oil level is between half and 3/4 of the oil window. Never start the vacuum pump without oil.
- Panel Operation:
- Display: Shows standby mode ('_') or deflation status ('00'). Numbers indicate vacuum, sealing, permanent temperature, or cooling status.
- Emergency Stop Button (2): Use to stop the machine urgently.
- VACUUM Time Setting (3): Press to set vacuum time (0-99S).
- SEALING Time Setting (4): Press to set sealing time (0-9.9S).
- SEALING TEMPERATURE Setting (5): Press to adjust sealing temperature (Low, Medium, High).
- Cooling Time Setting: Hold key (5) for 5 seconds to set cooling time (0-9.9S).
- INCREASE Key (6): Increases the value.
- DECREASE Key (7): Decreases the value.
- Usage Steps:
- Connect the power supply.
- Open the AIR SWITCH.
- Press the VACUUM button (3) and use INCREASE (6) or DECREASE (7) to set the vacuum time (approx. 25 seconds).
- Press the SEALING button (4) and use INCREASE (6) or DECREASE (7) to set the sealing time (approx. 2 seconds). Avoid excessively long sealing times to prevent burning the heating strip.
- Press the SEALING TEMPERATURE button (5) twice to select the MEDIUM indicator light for recommended temperature.
- Note: Pressing VACUUM (3) and DECREASE (7) together sets the permanent temperature to the factory default.
- Place the product in a vacuum chamber, ensuring the bag is flat on the sealing strip. Put down the bag pressing rod.
- Press the front edge of the vacuum cover by hand to start the machine. Once running, you can release the cover. The vacuum meter should indicate 0.06-0.08 MPa. The machine will automatically complete the packaging process.
- Oil Change: When the machine requires an oil change or has been idle for a long time, loosen the screw under the oil window and drain the oil. It is recommended to replace the vacuum pump oil after 800 hours of continuous operation.

Troubleshooting and Solutions
Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
Machine doesn't work, control panel shows nothing. | 1. No power supply connection. 2. Loose power switch contact. |
1. Check plug and socket connection. 2. Check internal wiring for looseness or detachment. |
Control panel starts, but the machine doesn't work. | Parameter is being set. | Complete the parameter setting. |
Best vacuum state not achieved; vacuumizing speed is slow. | 1. Short vacuumizing time. 2. Insufficient or dirty vacuum pump oil. 3. Air leakage or worn sealing ring. |
1. Extend vacuum time. 2. Check oil level, refuel, or change oil (use Vacuum Oil 46# or 68#). 3. Replace the sealing ring. |
Sealing failure or poor sealing. | 1. Bags not correctly placed on heating plates. 2. Too long/short sealing time. 3. Inappropriate heating temperature. 4. Damaged or dirty silicon strip. 5. Damaged electric heating wire. |
1. Place bags correctly on the plate. 2. Adjust sealing time. 3. Select appropriate temperature. 4. Clean or replace the silicon rubber. 5. Change the electric heating wire. |
