IKEA Loyalty Offer: 30% Off Selected IKEA Outdoor Furnishings at IKEA Perth

Terms & Conditions
Promotion: During the Promotion Period, IKEA Loyalty Members will receive 30% off the currently marked price of selected IKEA Outdoor furnishings. This Promotion is only available at the IKEA Perth and redeemable only in-store.
Promoter: The Promoter is IKEA Pty Limited (ABN 84 006 270 757) of 630 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044.
IKEA Loyalty Members only: This Promotion is only available to IKEA Family member account holders or IKEA Business Network members who identify with their membership (before making payment) at the POS (Point of Sale) registers / self-serve kiosk at the IKEA Perth retail store during the Promotional Period.
Promotion Period: The Promotion Period starts on Thursday, 8 May 2025 and ends on Monday, 26 May 2025.
IKEA Perth only: The Promotion is only available in-person at the IKEA Perth Retail store located at 6 Sunray Drive, Innaloo WA 6018.
Promotional Range: This Promotion is applicable only to a pre-selected range of IKEA Outdoor furnishings that are listed at Annexure A to these Terms and Conditions.
Exclusion of 'As-Is' products: The Promotion is not applicable to any 'As-Is' products offered for sale.
In-store Redemption only: For redemption, IKEA Loyalty Members must either:
- Provide their membership details to the sales co-worker assisting at the POS register; or
- Input their IKEA Family account details at the self-serve kiosk (before payment is made) and scan a selected Qualifying Purchase of this Promotion to the transaction.
The 30% discount will be automatic and will be displayed at the Kiosk and/or the POS register display (with the discount applied for any item(s) that is part of the Promotional Range).
No Click and Collect: This Promotion does not apply to any online purchases where the IKEA Perth Retail store is designated as the Click and Collect point for that transaction. IKEA Loyalty members must visit the IKEA Perth Retail store in person to redeem this offer.
Availability and stock limit: All items are advertised in good faith to be available at the time of the Promotion. However, unforeseen problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. The Offer is valid while stocks last. Please note availability of stock varies between stores and not all products may be available at the IKEA Perth store on the day of your visit.
Only one offer at a time: The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other special, discount, promotional offer unless otherwise stated.
Returns: All return of product(s) are subject to IKEA standard returns and exchanges policy and the Australian Consumer Law. The maximum refund for each product is the amount of the returned product(s) less the discount received.
No transfer or cash redemption: The discount is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Validation and Verification: Eligibility to the Offer will be subject to the Promoter's validation and verification checks. Promoter's decision is final.
Right to withdraw: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotion Period. No withdrawal notification will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 15).
Right to change: The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services including (but not limited to) eligibility and the Promotional Period. Customers shall review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis for updates before commencing their transaction. No changes will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 16).
Right to correct and adjust: While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all prices and descriptions, the Promoter reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices and charges including GST, customs duty or other statutory charges. No corrections or adjustments will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 17).
Limitation of Liability: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained because of any participation in the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law: The conduct of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
