Installation of SSQV Return Kit
For ECR33 & ER34
- Install the Return Fitting to the SSQV assembly referring to the SSQV installation manual.
- Remove the inlet tube; then, remove the air tube. (See Diagram 1)
- Cut off the provided Return Hose and the removed air tube as shown in the Diagrams below. The portion (position) to cut may vary depending on the vehicle. Adjust the cut portion or position appropriate for the vehicle. (See Diagrams 2, 3, 8, 9)
- For Factory Suction Hose: Cut off the specified portion of the Return Hose (approx. 40mm) and the Air Tube.
- For Racing Suction Reloaded Intake Kit: Cut off the specified portion of the Return Hose (approx. 60-80mm) and the Air Tube.
- Disconnect the 4mm hose and replace it with the provided 4mm hose. When installing the provided 4mm hose, cut the hose to the appropriate length to prevent unnecessary contact with the SSQV assembly. (See Diagram 6)
- Install the SSQV assembly referring to the SSQV installation manual. The installed direction of the SSQV assembly is opposite of the direction in the installation manual. (See Diagram 7)
- Reinstall the cut air tube to the vehicle, and install the kit parts. (See Diagrams 4, 5, 10, 11)
- Reinstall the removed parts.
