LG "5 Years of Safety" Promotion for Select Appliances 2025/3
This document outlines the terms and conditions for LG's "5 Years of Safety" promotion, applicable to eligible refrigerators, washing machines, washer-dryers, dryers, and dishwashers purchased between July 1 and September 30, 2025. By purchasing an eligible product, consumers can benefit from the extended warranty as defined in the terms and conditions.
Promotion Overview
Consumers who purchased a qualifying LG appliance during the promotional period are eligible for the "5 Years of Safety" campaign. This promotion extends the standard warranty coverage, providing additional peace of mind.
The promotion is valid for 5 years from the original date of purchase. This includes the standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty plus an additional 3 years of extended warranty. This extended warranty covers all defects resulting from manufacturing errors, offering free repairs, free spare parts, and on-site service if required.
In the event of a product replacement during the promotional period, consumers are entitled to the warranty terms valid at the time of replacement or the original promotional warranty terms, whichever is more favorable.
All repairs or replacements made during the 5-year warranty period must be recorded on the warranty certificate issued by LGEMK.
Eligibility and Requirements
To benefit from this promotion, consumers must provide proof of purchase (receipt, simplified receipt, or invoice), a completed warranty card, and the downloaded "LG 5 Years of Safety Certificate for Select LG Home Appliances 2025/3" document. The certificate is only valid if the purchased product is listed in Section 6 of the terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions of this promotion do not affect consumers' statutory rights.
