LG 5-Year Safety Promotion for Select Home Appliances 2025/3

These terms and conditions (the "Conditions") apply to Consumers who purchased a qualifying refrigerator, washing machine, washer-dryer combo, dryer, or dishwasher (as defined in the Conditions) between July 1st and September 30th, 2025, supplied by LG Electronics Magyar Kft. within the territory of the Republic of Croatia, and who have downloaded the "5-Year Safety Certificate for Select LG Home Appliances 2025/3" document from https://www.lg.com/hr/kucanski-aparati-5-godina-jamstva-2025-3.

Please note that the certificate is only valid if the purchased product is listed in Section 6 of this document.

By proceeding, you, as the Consumer, expressly confirm that the current Conditions are valid for the "5-Year Safety on Select LG Home Appliances 2025/3" promotion, you accept them as binding, and understand that related rights will only be enforceable in accordance with these Conditions.

1. To benefit from the promotion, a proof of purchase (invoice, simplified invoice, bill), a completed warranty card, and the downloaded document are required.
2. The issues defined in the Conditions do not affect your consumer rights, which you can exercise based on laws and regulations.
3. The "5-Year Safety on Select LG Home Appliances 2025/3" provides you with the following rights and benefits:
• For 5 (five) years (2 years warranty + 3 years additional warranty) starting from the original purchase date of the product, you have an explicit, full-scope warranty for all defects resulting from a factory defect. This includes free repair, free spare parts, and on-site repair if necessary. Furthermore, this includes a potential free product replacement, if required. If the product needs to be replaced during the validity period of the "5-Year Safety on Select LG Home Appliances 2025/3" promotion (even more than once), you are entitled to the legal warranty terms valid at the time of replacement or the warranty terms stated under the currently valid Conditions until the expiry of the original promotion period for the product originally purchased, whichever is more favorable to you as a consumer.
4. The "5-Year Safety on Select LG Home Appliances 2025/3" promotion is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase and is extended each time the product covered by the warranty period is defective.
5. Any repair or replacement during the 5-year warranty must be recorded on the warranty card issued by LGEMK.
