Cordless Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner Instructions Manual

Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.

Quick Guide

  1. Before first use, place the vacuum on the base and connect it to the power supply until fully charged.
  2. This product is for hard floors only. Fill the clean water tank with water before starting. Do not use for dry vacuuming to avoid damaging the motor.
  3. After automatic cleaning, empty the dirty water tank promptly to prevent odors.
  4. Regularly clean the roller brush and suction nozzle, and replace the sponge filter to prevent blockages and reduced suction.
  5. Use only the cleaning agent recommended by JONR. Do not use products that generate foam, soapy water, perfume, or corrosive liquids.
  6. If the fault indicator shows a problem with the machine, or if the machine cannot be charged or stops, contact JONR customer service: service@jonrtech.com.

Safety Information and Usage Restrictions

Usage Restrictions:

  1. This appliance should not be used by children under 8 years of age or by persons with physical, sensory, intellectual deficiencies, or limited experience and knowledge without supervision from a parent or guardian to ensure safe operation and prevent any risks. Cleaning and maintenance should not be performed by unsupervised children.
  2. Plastic bags used for product packaging can be hazardous and must be kept away from children to prevent suffocation risk.
  3. For indoor use only; do not use on carpets. Suitable for hard surfaces such as vinyl, tile, and sealed wood floors. Be careful not to go over loose objects or carpet edges.
  4. Do not touch the plug or power adapter with wet hands to avoid the risk of electric shock.
  5. Do not use this product with flammable or highly volatile liquids and other chemically hazardous liquids (such as gasoline, kerosene, paint, and perfume), or in areas where flammable or combustible liquids may be present. Otherwise, short circuits or explosions may occur.
  6. Do not use this product to clean toxic or hazardous substances (chlorine bleach, ammonia, drain cleaners); nor to sweep hard or sharp objects (such as glass, nails, screws, and coins); nor to remove unextinguished heat sources, such as cigarette butts and matches, to prevent fires.
  7. Before use, ensure that hair, loose clothing, fingers, and any person's body parts are kept away from the openings and moving parts of the product and its accessories.
  8. Do not block air inlets and outlets to prevent overheating. Do not place any object in the product's suction nozzle. Remove dust, cotton, hair, or other objects in time, as they can reduce airflow. Maintain ambient temperature in the range of 0 to 40 °C when charging, storing, and operating this product.
  9. Exercise extreme caution when cleaning stairs to prevent falls.
  10. Do not immerse the floor brush in water to avoid damaging the product. Do not shake or hit the machine violently to prevent dirty water from entering the motor. When handling the product, keep it in a vertical position to prevent dirty water from entering the motor.
  11. Do not expose the appliance to heat sources or excessively high temperatures. Exposure to heat sources or high temperatures may cause explosions.
  12. Do not use this appliance without the filters in place.

Battery Charging Warnings:

  1. This product should only be used with the included power adapter.
  2. Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery outside the specified temperature range, as doing so increases the risk of fire.
  3. Do not pull or lift by the cable, and do not use the cable as a handle. Avoid the cable being closed by doors or pulled over sharp edges or corners.
  4. Do not charge or install the base near heat sources or in humid areas (such as radiators or bathrooms).
  5. Do not use any non-rechargeable battery packs. Failure to comply with this rule may cause the lithium-ion battery to ignite. This appliance contains batteries that can only be replaced by qualified technicians or after-sales service.
  6. Do not use any third-party batteries, power adapters, or bases. Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the battery, power adapter, or base.
  7. The lithium-ion battery pack contains substances that are hazardous to the environment. Before discarding the appliance, first remove the battery pack and then dispose of or recycle it in accordance with the local laws and regulations of the country or region where it is used.
  8. Liquid may be expelled from the battery due to excessive contact. In case of accidental contact, rinse with water. If the liquid gets into the eyes, seek immediate medical attention, as the liquid expelled from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
  9. The appliance must be disconnected from the power supply before removing the battery. Keep batteries out of the reach of children. Never put batteries in your mouth. If swallowed, contact your doctor or local poison control center.
  10. If the product is not to be used for a prolonged period, turn off the power and disconnect the power adapter. Be sure to recharge it once every three months to prevent excessive battery discharge.

To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health due to uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle responsibly to promote the sustainable use of material resources. Installation and Preparation

Handle Installation and Removal (B1)

  1. Insert the handle into the aluminum tube, then into the main unit until a "click" is heard, indicating successful installation.
  2. To remove the handle, use a thin, rigid object to press the small hole (handle release button) on the back of the main unit. While stabilizing the machine, pull the handle upwards.

Charging (B2)

  1. Place the machine on the base and connect one end of the charger to the charging contacts and the other end to a household power outlet. Ensure the machine is in a vertical position on the base while charging.
  2. During charging, the indicator light on the appliance body will flash orange. It will turn white when fully charged. Five minutes after the machine is fully charged, the indicator light will automatically turn off. A 0% to 100% charge generally takes approximately 4-6 hours (it is recommended to fully charge the product before its first use).
  3. If the product will not be used for a long period, it is recommended to charge it once every three months. Please use the provided power adapter for charging.

Clean Water Tank Preparation (B3)

  1. Turn the clean water tank upwards to remove it.
  2. Unscrew the clean water tank cap and fill it with clean water.
  3. Add cleaning liquid. Do not use cleaning solutions that are not officially recommended by JONR.
  4. After filling, firmly tighten the clean water tank cap, reinstall the tank into the main unit, and turn it downwards to lock it in place.

How to Use

Powering On/Off (C1)

Once the machine is fully charged, press the power button to turn it on. The machine will start in Automatic mode. Press the button again to turn it off. During normal use, the machine's indicator light is white; when the battery level drops below 20%, the indicator light will flash red. To ensure cleaning performance, charge the machine promptly.

Changing Cleaning Modes (C2)

The default mode of the machine is Automatic mode upon startup. When using on the floor, you can switch between Automatic and Max modes by pressing the mode button as needed.

Automatic Cleaning (C3)

  1. After cleaning, place the vacuum back on the base and ensure there is enough water in the clean water tank for automatic cleaning.
  2. Ensure the machine is in charging mode. Press the automatic cleaning button (mode button) once to activate the automatic cleaning function. Press again to stop the function.
  3. After automatic cleaning, quickly empty the dirty water tank to prevent unpleasant odors.

Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank (C4)

  1. Press the dirty water tank release button to remove it.
  2. Hold the tank firmly with one hand and gently remove the lid with the other hand.
  3. Empty the dirty water and remove any debris inside the tank.
  4. Reconnect the lid, align the bottom of the tank with its position, and gently push it inwards to secure it in place.

Maintenance and Care

Cleaning the Main Unit (D1)

Wipe the vacuum cleaner with a soft, dry cloth. Before cleaning, disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the power supply and turn it off.

Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank and Sponge Filter (D2)

  1. Press the dirty water tank release button to remove it.
  2. Remove the tank lid and the sponge filter to clear any debris.
  3. Rinse the dirty water tank, lid, and sponge filter with water. Ensure they are completely dry before reinstalling.

Cleaning the Roller Brush Assembly (D3)

  1. Remove the roller brush.
  2. Remove any hair and debris from the roller brush, cut any tangled hair, and rinse it with clean water.
  3. Once all components are completely dry, reinstall them in place.

*Note: Do not spray water directly onto the roller brush while it is installed, as this may cause water to enter the motor.

Cleaning the Suction Nozzle and Dirty Water Tube (D4)

  1. Turn off the vacuum cleaner and stabilize the main unit. Remove the dirty water tank and the roller brush.
  2. Use the provided cleaning brush to clean the suction nozzle in the roller brush location.
  3. Wipe the dirty water tube near the dirty water tank with a dry cloth.

*Note: If the floor is not completely cleaned after prolonged use, check if the roller brush nozzle is blocked.

- The dirty water tank is full but did not trigger the alarm (check if the MAX level alarm is functioning correctly).
Vacuum cleaner leaks water- The seal of the tank cover is missing or the spout-shaped valve is displaced; reinstall it using tweezers.
Stagnant water after stopping- The roller brush is too wet due to immediate reuse after automatic cleaning. Let it dry before use.
- The roller brush is blocked by large debris; check and remove the obstacle.
- Low battery or not charged; ensure the machine is on the charging base before starting automatic cleaning.
- The dirty water tank is not installed correctly or is full; empty or reinstall the dirty water tank.
- The clean water tank is not installed correctly or lacks sufficient water; reinstall or add water.
- The automatic cleaning button was accidentally pressed instead of the power button.
Failure of automatic cleaning function- Incorrect use of the mode selector and power button (when the power button is pressed, suction briefly increases before stopping; this is not switching to MAX mode).
- Sensors inside the dirty water tank are dirty; clean them with a brush or cloth.
- The sponge filter contains debris, triggering a machine alert; clean the sponge filter (ensure it is 100% dry before reinstalling to prevent fan damage; washing with water is not recommended - replace with a new one if necessary).
- The dirty water tank is full or near the limit; empty the tank.
Vacuum cleaner stops suddenly during use- The machine was folded too much or completely laid flat.
- The machine was dropped or impacted by an external force.
