Usage Notes
- When using the product, be sure to read the instruction manual of the connected device as well.
- We are not responsible for any loss of data from connected devices.
- Be mindful of the volume in public transportation or public places to avoid disturbing others.
- Always set the volume of the connected device to the minimum before connecting.
- In dry environments, you may experience a tingling sensation in your ears. This is due to static electricity accumulated on your body or the connected device and is not a malfunction of the product.
- Do not apply strong impact to the product.
About Active Noise Cancelling Function
This product uses built-in microphones to pick up ambient environmental noise (such as vehicle noise or air conditioner sounds) and cancels it out by outputting an inverse phase sound. As a result, environmental noise is reduced.
- The noise-cancelling function of this product is primarily effective against low-frequency noise, but it does not eliminate all noise.
- In quiet environments or depending on the type of noise, the noise-cancelling effect may not be noticeable.
- If the fit of the product is incorrect, the noise-cancelling effect may be reduced, or a whistling sound (howling) may occur. In such cases, refit the product.
- Also, do not allow water to splash onto the product.
- When used for extended periods, the product may discolor due to ultraviolet rays (especially direct sunlight) or friction.
- If the charging case is placed in a bag or pocket with the USB charging cable connected, the cable may get caught, leading to disconnection or malfunction.
- When using the USB charging cable, always pull by the plug to insert or remove it. Pulling the cable can cause disconnection or accidents.
- When the USB charging cable is not in use, always remove it from the charging case.
- When the product is not in use, store it in the included charging case.
- If you use earpieces other than the included ones, the earphones may not fit into the charging case, or they may not charge correctly. Always use the included earpieces.
- When using this product, select the earpiece that best fits your ear from the included earpieces and wear it securely.
- The call function of this product is only valid for calls made via mobile phone lines. Calls made via packet communication (e.g., through apps) are not guaranteed to work.
- If electronic devices or transmitters (like mobile phones) are near the product, noise may enter the product. In such cases, use the product at a distance from them.
- Using the product near TV or radio antennas may cause noise in the TV or radio. In such cases, use the product at a distance from them.
- To protect the built-in rechargeable battery, charge it at least once every six months. If left unused for too long, the battery life may shorten or it may become unable to charge.
- When charging the product, avoid direct sunlight and charge in a well-ventilated area (10-35°C). This can lead to battery degradation, reduced continuous usage time, or inability to charge.
- If the earphones are wet, completely wipe off the moisture with a dry cloth before placing them in the charging case. The charging case is not waterproof/drip-proof. Do not charge the earphones while they are wet.
- The hear-through function of this product allows you to hear ambient sounds while wearing the earphones, using the built-in microphones. Depending on the volume of the music or other audio being played, ambient sounds may be difficult to hear. In such cases, lower the volume of the music or other audio.
- Even when using the hear-through function, ambient sounds may be difficult to hear depending on the situation. Do not use this product in dangerous locations where ambient sounds are essential for safety, such as areas with heavy traffic.
- To maximize the noise-cancelling effect, select the earpieces from the included set that provide the best sound isolation for each ear and wear them securely.
- When using this product in vehicles such as trains, buses, or trucks, noise may occur depending on the rail or road conditions.
If Connection Issues Occur
If pairing cannot be released or connection fails, you can force pairing mode to re-pair. While performing the operation, hold the earphones down so they do not come out of the charging case.
- After placing both L/R earphones in the charging case (with battery remaining), press and hold the multi-function buttons on both earphones for approximately 6 seconds after about 5 seconds.
- After the indicators on both earphones light up red, remove the earphones from the charging case.
- The product will switch to "Searching for device" mode (pairing mode), allowing you to pair with the desired Bluetooth device.
- If the procedure does not work as expected, remove the earphones again and repeat the same operation.
If Product Operation is Abnormal
Reset the product. While performing the operation, hold the earphones down so they do not come out of the charging case.
- After placing both L/R earphones in the charging case (with battery remaining), double-press the multi-function buttons on both earphones after about 5 seconds.
- Confirm that the indicators on both earphones start blinking white, then while still in the charging case, press and hold the multi-function buttons on both earphones for approximately 6 seconds or more.
- Release your fingers after confirming that the indicators on both earphones light up red and then turn white. Reset is complete.
- Delete the product registration from the Bluetooth device side.
- Remove the earphones from the charging case again and perform pairing.
- If the procedure does not work as expected, remove the earphones again and repeat the same operation.
About Drip-Proof Performance
The drip-proof performance of this product applies only to the earphone units.
- The earphone units have drip-proof treatment equivalent to IPX4, but the sound output part is not drip-proof.
- The drip-proof specification is designed to protect against rain (IPX4 equivalent). JIS Protection Grade IPX4 means that the main unit functions are protected against splashing water from any direction.
- Cannot be used underwater.
- Cannot be used in high-humidity locations such as bathrooms.
- Since it is not waterproof, getting water on it or immersing it in water can cause malfunction.
- If the earphones are wet, they may not perform optimally. Attach a dry cloth to the earphones, shake them multiple times to remove moisture, and then dry them thoroughly before use. For details, please refer to the instruction manual on our website.
