About the Active Noise Cancellation Function
The product is designed to use its built-in microphone to capture ambient noise (vehicle noise, air conditioner noise, etc.) and cancel that noise by producing sounds in the negative phase. This results in a reduction of your surrounding sound.
- The product's noise cancellation function is most effective against low-frequency range noise, but not all noises are canceled.
- Depending on the type of noise (or in quiet locations), you may not notice the noise cancellation effect.
- Depending on how the product is worn, the noise cancellation effect may vary, or a whistling sound (siren) may occur. In such cases, remove the product and put it back on correctly.
- To maximize the noise cancellation effect, select eartips that offer the best acoustic isolation for each side to block surrounding sound, and insert the earbuds into your ears correctly.
- When the product is used in a train or vehicle, such as a bus or truck, noise may be heard depending on the condition of the tracks or road.
About the Water Resistance (Drip-proof) Level
The water resistance (drip-proof) specification of this product applies only to the earbuds, not the charging case.
- Although the earbuds have water resistance (drip-proof) capabilities equivalent to IPX4 protection, the sound output area is not water-resistant (drip-proof).
- The water resistance (drip-proof) level is designed to protect the earbuds if they get wet from rain, etc. (equivalent to IPX4 protection). The JIS/IEC IPX4 protection rating means the product is protected against water exposure from all directions.
- The earbuds cannot be used underwater.
- The earbuds cannot be used in hot and humid locations, such as bathrooms.
- The earbuds are not waterproof. Submerging them may cause damage.
- The earbuds may not function correctly if they get wet. Wipe the earbuds with a dry cloth, shake them several times to remove excess water, and let the earbuds dry thoroughly before use.

Cleaning
Get into the habit of cleaning the product regularly to prolong its lifespan. Do not use alcohol, paint thinner, or other solvents for cleaning tasks.
- Remove dirt from the earbuds and charging case with a dry cloth. The earbuds may not function correctly or turn on if they are wet. Wipe the earbuds with a dry cloth, shake them several times to remove excess water, and let them dry thoroughly before use.
- Immediately wipe away sweat or any other moisture from the charging case's battery terminal, the earbuds' charging terminals, etc. Failure to do so may cause corrosion, leading to malfunction.
- Natural skin oils can accumulate in the eartip attachment areas (see diagram). If these areas are not cleaned, the eartips may come loose. Clean them regularly. Do not touch the sound output areas, as they are delicate. Doing so may cause malfunction.
- If moisture remains in the holes near the microphones (see figure), place the earbuds on a dry cloth and shake them several times to remove moisture, then let the earbuds dry thoroughly before use.
- Wipe any sweat or dirt from the USB charging cable with a dry cloth immediately after each use. If the cable is not wiped, it may deteriorate and harden over time, causing malfunction.
- If the USB terminal of the charging cable is dirty, wipe it with a dry cloth.
- To clean the eartips, remove them from the earbuds and clean them manually with a mild, diluted detergent. Once cleaning is complete, dry them before using them again.

If you do not intend to use the product for an extended period, store it in a well-ventilated place not exposed to high temperatures or humidity.
Eartips
Eartip Size
The product includes silicone eartips in 4 sizes (XS, S, M, and L). At the time of purchase, size M silicone eartips are attached to the product. To ensure maximum sound quality, select the eartip size that best suits you and insert the eartips into your ears so they fit snugly. If the eartips do not fit snugly, you will have difficulty hearing bass sounds.
Changing Eartips
Remove the old eartip and attach the new one by sliding it onto the earbud at an angle. Press firmly on the eartip so its interior expands, then snap it onto the post until it stops.
Eartips are consumables that degrade with use and storage. If eartips become loose and detach easily, or show signs of degradation, purchase replacements.
Periodically remove and clean eartips, as they get dirty easily. Using dirty eartips may cause the earbuds to become dirty, negatively affecting sound quality.
When reattaching previously removed eartips, check that they are securely attached. If eartips come loose and remain in the ear, injury or illness may occur.
