Quick Start Guide for EMOS ZSW100/ZSW101
Getting Started
This guide provides instructions for setting up your EMOS ZSW100/ZSW101 smart device.
To begin, download the EMOS GoSmart app for your smartphone. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

App Setup and Device Connection
Follow these steps within the EMOS GoSmart app:
- Open the app and proceed to the "Log In" or "Sign Up" screen to create or access your account.
- Navigate to the "Add Device" section.
- Reset the device: Ensure your device is in pairing mode. The indicator light should be blinking or breathing rapidly.
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Select your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Note: If you have a 5 GHz network, you may need to configure your router to use a 2.4 GHz band for initial setup.
- Once connected, you will receive a confirmation that the device has been added successfully.

Warranty and Service Information
EMOS spol. s r.o. warrants the product's functionality and defect-free operation for the warranty period.
- The warranty period is 24 months, starting from the date of delivery.
- EMOS SI, d.o.o. guarantees to rectify any defects due to manufacturing errors at its own expense during the warranty period.
- The warranty period is extended by the duration of repairs.
- If a repair takes longer than 45 days from the report of a defect, the customer may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
- The warranty does not cover issues arising from:
- Unauthorized service or modifications.
- Failure to follow operating instructions.
- Normal wear and tear, or damage due to improper use or overloading, are excluded from warranty coverage.
