Installation Instructions
General Requirements:
- This unit includes a combination gas valve, pressure regulator, and safety solenoid system. It operates on Natural Gas (5.0" W.C.) or Propane Gas (10.0" W.C.).
- An adequate ventilation system is required for commercial cooking equipment. Consult the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) website (https://www.nfpa.org/) and NFPA No. 96 for guidance.
- Installation must comply with ANSZ223.1A (latest edition), National Fuel Gas Code. Information is available from The American Gas Association website (https://www.aga.org/).
