Product Specification

The product consists of two wireless earbuds and a compact circular charging case. The charging case features a lid with the Marvel Avengers logo and a circular design.

Charging the Charging Bay

Connect the charging cable to the charging bay and a 5V power adapter. The charging case has a USB Type-C port for charging.

Rated input: 5V=30mA (headset), 5V=500mA (charging box)

Charging Instructions

1. Charging case open/close: The middle RGB light remains on for 45 seconds, then breathes and turns off.
2. Charge earphones: Place earphones into the charging case. The left and right earbuds will light up red and then turn off after charging.
3. Charge charging case: Use a Type-C cable to charge the case. The green light will flash.
4. Charging case low battery: Red light flashes, low power indicator flashes 8-10 times.
5. Low headset battery: When the headset battery is lower than 10%, a low battery tone will be played.

Product Operation Instruction

1. Power On

• Method 1: Take out the earphones from the charging case.
• Method 2: Press and hold the multi-function button for 5 seconds.

2. Power Off

• Method 1: Place the earphones into the charging case and close the charging bin cover.
• Method 2: Disconnect from Bluetooth for 3 minutes, and the device will automatically shut down.
• Method 3: Press and hold the multi-function button for 5 seconds after disconnecting Bluetooth.

3. Pairing

• Method 1: Take out the earphones from the charging case; they will automatically turn on and pair.
• Method 2: Open Bluetooth on your smart device, search for [BF10] and connect.

Note: If the product is not used for a long time, please charge it fully before use to ensure battery life.

After charging is complete, please unplug the charging cable to avoid damaging the charging case.

Touch Operation Instructions

• Voice Assistant: Hold down the multi-function button for 2 seconds to wake up the voice assistant.
• Answer a call: When an incoming call comes in, click any multifunction button.
• Hang up: In a call state, double-click the multifunction button on either side.
• Reject a call: Press and hold the multifunction button on any side for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
• Pause/Play: Click the multifunction button on any side.
• Next song: Double click the right ear multi-function key.
• Previous song: Double click the left ear multi-function button.
• Increase the volume: Three hits on the right ear multi-function key.
• Reduce the volume: Three hits on the left ear multi-function key.

For Initial Use

1. Headphones must be fully charged before using them for the first time.
2. Take the earphones out of the charging compartment; the earphones will automatically turn on and enter the pairing mode, and the left and right earphones will automatically pair.
3. Please keep the distance between the headset and the mobile phone within 1 meter.

Matters Needing Attention

• Regular cleaning is recommended for long service life. If not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge once every 1-2 months.
• The battery (battery pack or battery combination) shall not be exposed to lighting, baking, or similar overheating environments.
• Due to the wireless connection, there may be a slight sound lag when playing music, which is normal.
• To avoid damaging your hearing, please keep the volume at a moderate level and avoid listening to music at a high volume for a long time, whether using headphones or earphones.
• Please do not talk on the phone while driving, as it requires concentration.
• If you use headphones while watching videos, the audio and video may be slightly out of sync.
• The output voltage and current of the charger should not exceed 5V 1A. If the output voltage and current limit is exceeded, it may cause damage.
• If the earphone crashes, please restart the earphone or put it back into the charging case and try again.
• Please keep the earphones out of reach of children to avoid accidental ingestion.
• Do not throw or dispose of the earphones in fire.
• Do not store or use the headset in an environment where the temperature is lower than -20°C or higher than 45°C. Otherwise, the headset life will be shortened.
• Please do not disassemble, repair, or transform the product.

Troubleshooting

1. The Bluetooth headset is unable to pair with the phone.

Answer: Check if the headset is under pairing mode and whether the Bluetooth is on the phone. Check the Bluetooth menu on your phone, delete/remove the earphones from the paired devices list, and follow the instructions in the user manual to pair the earphones with your phone again.

2. Unable to turn on the Bluetooth headset.

Answer: Check the battery level.

3. Can I replace the battery of the Bluetooth headset?

Answer: No. The lithium-polymer battery in the earphones is non-detachable.

4. The Bluetooth headset is disconnected from the phone.

Answer: Bluetooth is wireless technology. Therefore, it is very sensitive to distance and the connection. Please check if there is any metal or other object within the effective distance.

5. No sound is provided after the headset and device are connected.

Answer: Check if the Bluetooth audio device is set as the computer output. Check if Bluetooth in the computer supports the A2DP protocol. Make sure to increase the volume on the computer and earphone.

6. Can I operate the Apps on my phone through the headset?

Answer: Some apps may not support being operated through the headset.

7. Bluetooth connection, the sound of the headset.

Answer: Please check the power of the earphone, whether there is a barrier between the earphone and the mobile phone, whether there is strong interference in the nearby area, and try to re-pair.
