Introduction to the N2300 Series
The AMX N2300 AV over IP Series, comprising the N2312 Encoders and N2322 Decoders, offers a flexible, feature-rich, and user-friendly solution for digital media distribution and switching. Designed for 4K applications with resolutions up to 4096x2160 and HDCP 2.2 support, this series utilizes a motion-based wavelet codec to deliver video with minimal latency at a low bandwidth of 200 Mb/s, enabling 4K distribution over standard gigabit Ethernet networks.
This system allows any source to be sent to multiple displays by routing through layer-2/layer-3 switches. Key features include input and output scaling, Power over Ethernet (PoE) for simplified installation, infrared (IR) emitter control, and KVM-over-IP extension capabilities. The N2300 series supports native NetLinx integration, ensuring seamless recognition by NetLinx Studio.
