Touch Screen Navigation:
Each function (main menu) will be shown and displayed on the capacitive touch screen.
Page Navigation:
You can enter the next page by sliding the screen left, and return to the last page by sliding the screen right. Enter sub-menus by clicking on the desired menu item. Return to the upper menu by sliding from left to right. Note: A very short swipe may register as a click instead of a slide.
Clock Display & Customization
Clock Faces:
The smartwatch offers multiple clock face designs to personalize your watch. Examples include analog styles with numbers and markers, and digital displays.
Setting Method:
- Method 1: When the device is in clock mode, long-press the center of the screen and select your preferred clock interface.
- Method 2: Power on, navigate to Main Menu > Settings > Clock > Clock Type, and select your preferred clock mode.
Software Download & Installation
To synchronize your smartwatch with your smartphone, you need to download and install the "Fundo Wear" app.
- For iOS: Search for "Fundo Wear" in the Apple App Store, download, and install it on your iPhone.
- For Android: Download the "Fundo Smartdevice" app from your Android app platform, such as the Google Play Store, or scan the QR code provided on the packaging. This application is used solely for synchronizing the watch with your phone and does not consume mobile data.
After installation, open the app and add your email account. The app will then recognize your smartwatch.
App Icon: The Fundo Wear app icon features a running figure within a circle. ?
Software Updates: If you have already downloaded the software, check the version and ensure you are using the latest available synchronization software for optimal performance. Update the synchronization software whenever a new version is released.
Bluetooth Connection & Synchronization
Connecting Your Phone to the Watch:
- On your phone, activate Bluetooth.
- Open the Fundo APP and select the green "+" icon from the home screen.
- Choose the "Bluetooth connection" option.
- Search for devices and select "SWB17 Prixton" when it appears.
- Accept the pairing request on both your phone and the watch to complete the connection.
- When prompted for contact list access, select "Yes" and preferably choose "Do not ask again" to avoid repeated prompts.
Note: The synchronization software may open the app automatically if it is already installed and accessible. Your mobile phone will indicate that the Bluetooth connection is established after 2-5 minutes. The watch will also notify you of the Bluetooth connection. Synchronization will then be activated, and messages received on your phone will sync to the watch.
Connecting Your Watch to Your Phone (for iPhone users):
Open the Fundo Wear app, tap the "+" button, then tap the Bluetooth icon. Perform a device search. When "SWB17 Prixton" appears, pair it with your phone.
Synchronizing Data:
Once your watch and phone are connected, you can edit the watch name and search for your watch's location via the Fundo APP. When you stop walking, open the "Fundo wear" App on your smartphone and press "Sync Data". Your step count will then be displayed accurately as it is on your smartwatch.
Notice: The sync software can open the sync APP. The mobile will show Bluetooth connected after 2-5 minutes. The watch will inform you of the sync time with the phone, then sync will be switched on. Messages will sync to your watch as they arrive on your mobile.
Enabling Notifications
This feature allows your smartwatch to receive notifications from apps installed on your iPhone or Android device. For example, to receive email notifications on your smartwatch, enable the app within the Fundo Wear App. You will be notified on your smartwatch when an email is received.
Note: Do not close the Bluetooth notification service when clearing background apps, as this can affect the synchronization function between the watch and the phone.
Base Functions
- Messages: Sync phone messages.
- Call Logs: After connecting via Bluetooth, you can view your call history, including missed, dialed, and received calls. You can see the date, time, and number for missed calls and initiate calls to these numbers. ?
- BT Paired Devices: ?
- Remote Notifier: Receive notifications for SMS and messages from apps like Skype on your connected phone. The watch will alert you to read them. ❗
- Remote Camera: Use your watch to take photos with your phone's camera. Ensure the phone's camera app is open beforehand. ?
- Find My Device: ? Utilize this function to locate your phone.

- Pedometer: ? This tool helps monitor exercise by measuring calories burned, steps, distance, speed, and time.
- Sleep Monitor: ? Monitor your sleep quality based on your sleep duration.
- Sedentary Reminder: Set a time interval (e.g., one hour recommended) to remind you to get up and move, preventing long periods of inactivity.
- Quick Response: Download sync software by scanning a QR code. For updates, contact the manufacturer for a new download link.
Important Notices
- Charging: Fully charge the watch before first use. Charging time is approximately 1-2 hours.
- Accessories: Use the provided accessories or compatible accessories from your Android phone.
- Bluetooth Range: Bluetooth will disconnect if the distance between the watch and phone exceeds its range. If "Find My Device" is activated, it cannot be used until the Bluetooth connection is re-established.
Troubleshooting Common Problems
Refer to the solutions below for common issues. If problems persist, contact your dealer or an authorized technician.
- Watch does not turn on:
- The power button press was too short (must be held for over 3 seconds).
- The battery is discharged; please charge it.
- Watch turns off automatically:
- The battery is discharged; please charge it.
- Short usage time:
- The battery is not fully charged. Ensure it is charged completely (at least 2 hours).
- If using a SIM card with low coverage, battery life may be reduced.
- Battery not charging:
- Battery life may decrease after a few years. Check if the battery is functioning correctly.
- Try a different charger.
- Ensure the USB cable is connected properly.
- Incoming call name not displayed:
- You may have forgotten to upload the phone book during Bluetooth connection, or the option to keep the address book updated was not selected.
- You may have forgotten to sync contacts after resetting the connection. Re-pair the device and connect Bluetooth again.
- Poor call voice quality:
- The watch and phone are too far apart; move them closer.
- There may be a weak Bluetooth signal or poor local signal coverage. Try moving to a different location.
Music Playback: Some music titles may not display correctly due to internal Android functionality. This is normal.
Bluetooth Disconnection: If Bluetooth disconnects occasionally, re-pair the devices. Perform a manual connection if Bluetooth has been disconnected for over 5 minutes. Agree to phone book synchronization to access call logs.
Warranty Policy

If the issue persists, warranty claims will be processed according to current legislation. The warranty is void if:
- The serial number has been modified or is illegible.

- The product has suffered damage due to misuse, negligence, improper storage, or transport.
- In case of force majeure.
