Activation Process

Follow these steps to activate your Kidzi Smartwatch:

Set up your SIM plan: Visit start.xplora.com to select your desired SIM plan and complete the order.
Download the Xplora App: Available on the App Store and Google Play.
Activate your Kidzi watch: Use the Xplora app to add a new device, scan the QR code on your watch, and enter the required details.

Once activated, your Kidzi watch is ready for use.

Watch Features

Power / Home / SOS Button

Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn the watch on.
Short press to return to the home screen.
Press and hold for 5 seconds to initiate SOS.

Note: For a forced reboot, press and hold the Power Button for more than 10 seconds.

Charging the Watch

Use the Xplora authorized magnetic charging cable to charge your watch. Connect the magnetic charger and ensure the watch is charged for at least 15 minutes before first use. Use a USB power adapter with an output of minimum 5.0V = 0.55A.

Battery and Warranty

Do not attempt to replace the watch battery yourself. Dispose of batteries according to local environmental laws. Xplora provides a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
