This document provides instructions for the AEG Ultimate 7000 vacuum cleaner, including its variants Animal 7000 and Hygienic 7000. It covers assembly, charging, operation, and maintenance.
Assembly and Charging
The vacuum cleaner comes with various parts that need to be assembled. The charging station is used to charge the vacuum cleaner. Follow the diagrams to correctly assemble and charge your device.
Charging Station Assembly:
- Insert the main tube into the base of the charging station.
- Place the vacuum cleaner unit onto the charging station.
- Connect the power adapter (KSC-18W-350050VE, KSC-18W-350050VK) to the charging station and a power outlet.
Wall Mounting the Charging Station:
- Ensure a minimum clearance of [distance] from the floor.
- Mount the charging bracket to the wall using the provided screws.
- Place the vacuum cleaner unit onto the mounted bracket.
Charging the Battery:
- The battery can be charged while attached to the vacuum cleaner or separately.
- A full charge takes approximately 4.5 hours, indicated by the battery indicator reaching 100%.
- Battery status is shown on the display: 100%, 50-75%, 25-50%, 0%.
Operation
The vacuum cleaner features an 'AUTO' mode and manual controls for power adjustment.
- Power Button: Press the power button to turn the vacuum on or off.
- Power Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust suction power.
- Mode Indicator: The display shows the current operating mode (e.g., AUTO) and battery status.
- Indicators: Various icons indicate battery level, potential overheating (heat symbol), and water/dust levels.
Using Different Accessories:
The vacuum cleaner is compatible with a range of accessories for different cleaning tasks:
- Main Floor Nozzle: For general floor cleaning (carpet and hard floors).
- Mini Turbo Brush: Ideal for upholstery and pet hair.
- Crevice Tool: For tight spaces and edges.
- Dusting Brush: For delicate surfaces and furniture.
- Other Accessories: Includes specialized nozzles for pet hair, mattresses, and hard floors.
Usage Scenarios:
- Scenario 1: Cleaning along edges and corners with the main unit and extension tube.
- Scenario 2: Cleaning upholstery with the mini turbo brush.
- Scenario 3: Cleaning bedside tables or shelves with a dusting brush.
- Scenario 4: Cleaning small spills on tables.
- Scenario 5: Cleaning mattresses or sofas with a suitable attachment.
- Scenario 6: Cleaning chairs and seating areas.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance of your AEG vacuum cleaner.
Cleaning Accessories:
- Brush Rolls: Detach the brush roll from the nozzle. Unlock the cover, remove the brush roll, and clean it by removing tangled hair and debris. Reassemble after cleaning.
- Fabric/Cloth Pads: Some pads can be washed. Check the care symbols. Washable pads can be cleaned with water (max 40°C) and air-dried. Do not tumble dry.
Cleaning the Dust Container and Filters:
- Empty the dust container after each use.
- Filter Cleaning: Remove the filter assembly from the vacuum cleaner. Disassemble the filter components. Rinse the filters under cold water. Allow them to air dry completely (at least 24 hours) before reinserting. Do not wash the motor filter with hot water.
- Filter Replacement: Replace filters every 6 months or when performance degrades.
General Cleaning:
- Wipe the exterior of the vacuum cleaner with a damp cloth.
- Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling or storing.
Troubleshooting and Warnings
Safety Precautions:
- Do not vacuum liquids, hot ashes, sharp objects, or large debris.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner outdoors or on wet surfaces.
- Keep the appliance away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Do not use if the power cord or plug is damaged.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, unless supervised.

- Vacuuming liquids.
- Vacuuming hot ashes or embers.
- Vacuuming sharp objects.
- Vacuuming fine dust like plaster or cement.
- Using the vacuum cleaner near a radiator or heat source.
- Using the vacuum cleaner near windows or in damp environments.
- Placing the vacuum cleaner in a dishwasher.
- Vacuuming water or other liquids.
- Using the vacuum cleaner on wet surfaces.
- Using the vacuum cleaner in a car.
- Using the vacuum cleaner on very wet floors.
- Using the vacuum cleaner on carpets with long pile.
- Using the vacuum cleaner on delicate surfaces.
- Storing the vacuum cleaner outdoors.
