Safety Warning:
- Comply with laws and regulations that restrict the use of mobile phones in certain situations and environments.
- Do not use your phone in gas stations and refueling areas, on the lower decks of ships, in fuel or chemical transfer or storage facilities, or in any atmosphere where there are explosive gases or particles such as dust or metal powder, which may cause explosive atmospheres.
- Follow all posted signs for turning off wireless devices such as your phone or other wireless devices. To prevent possible interference with pacemakers, maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm between your mobile phone and pacemaker. To do this, use the phone with the opposite ear to your pacemaker and do not carry it in your chest pocket. Do not use your phone near hearing aids, cochlear implants, etc., to prevent interference with medical devices.
- Comply with aircraft safety regulations and turn off your phone when boarding the aircraft if required.
- When driving, use your phone in accordance with applicable traffic laws and regulations.
- To prevent lightning strikes, do not use your phone outdoors during thunderstorms.
- Do not use your phone to make calls while charging.
- Do not use your phone in high-humidity areas such as bathrooms. Doing so may cause electric shock, injury, fire, and damage to the charger.
Charging:
To charge, do one of the following:
- Connect your "Redmi 15C" to a computer using a USB data cable.
- Use the USB cable included in the product box with a Mi brand charger, and then plug it into an outlet.
- Please note that the product allows the use of chargers with a maximum output of 33W.
Charging Compatibility:
Additionally, you can use any third-party charger that complies with USB2.0 or higher protocol standards and meets the safety requirements of International Information Technology Equipment Safety Standard (IEC 60950), Audio/Video, Information and Communication Technology Equipment Standard (IEC 62368-1), and the relevant laws and regulations of your country or region.
The power supplied by the charger should be between the minimum [10] Watts required for radio equipment and the maximum [33] Watts required for fast charging. USB PD fast charging.
Safety Notice:
Please update your phone's operating system using the built-in software update feature or visit one of our authorized service centers. Updating the software through other means may damage the device or lead to data loss, security issues, and other risks.
Emergency Calls:
Important: Connectivity cannot be guaranteed under all conditions. For critical communication needs, such as medical emergencies, you should never rely solely on your phone. This phone has the capability to receive alert messages sent via the cellular broadcast (Cell Broadcast) system by Mobile Operators on channel 112, such as air raid warnings and disaster and emergency messages (earthquakes, floods, avalanches, and landslides). To receive these alerts, you must enable the Cell Broadcast service and channel 112 in the "Cell Broadcast" application.
CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF ELECTION:
In case of a defective product, the consumer may exercise one of the following rights as stipulated in Article 11 of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers:
- Withdrawal from the contract,
- Request a price reduction,
- Request free repair,
- Request replacement with a defect-free equivalent product.
If the consumer chooses the right to free repair, the seller is obliged to repair or have the product repaired without charging any fees for labor, replacement parts, or any other costs. The consumer can also exercise the right to free repair against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly liable for the consumer exercising this right. If the consumer exercises the right to free repair, and the product:

Device Care and Usage Errors:
Use your device, battery, and charger and accessories with care. The following recommendations will help keep your device in working order.
- Keep the device dry. Raindrops, moisture, and all types of liquids or water vapor may contain minerals that can damage electronic circuits.
- Do not use or store the device in dusty or dirty environments.
- Do not store the device in environments with high temperatures. High temperatures may damage the device or battery.

- Do not paint the device. Paint may hinder proper operation.
- Keep the device away from magnets or magnetic fields. For the security of your important data, save this data in at least two different places, such as your device, memory card, or computer, or write it down in a suitable place. The device may heat up during prolonged operation. This is normal most of the time. To prevent overheating, the device may automatically slow down, close applications, stop charging, and shut down if necessary. If the device is not functioning properly, take it to the nearest authorized service center.
Consumer Maintenance and Repair:
Your device does not require periodic maintenance. There is no maintenance or repair that the consumer can perform on the device. If you need maintenance or repair, you can get support from the points listed in the Authorized Service list.
Efficient Energy Usage:
- Turn off data connections such as Bluetooth and wireless networks when not in use.
- Reduce screen brightness and set the screen to turn off after a shorter period.
- Turn off button sounds and other unnecessary sounds.

RF Exposure Information (SAR):
This device complies with the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) limits for the general population / uncontrolled exposure as specified in the Council Recommendation 1999/519/EC, ICNIRP Guidelines (Localized 10 gram SAR for head and body, limit: 2.0 W/kg) and RED (Directive 2014/53 / EU).

The consumer can also exercise the right to free repair against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly liable for the consumer exercising this right.
- If the consumer exercises the right to free repair, and the product:
- Re-occurs a fault within the warranty period,
- The maximum time required for repair is exceeded,
- Repair is not possible, as determined by a report from the authorized service station, seller, manufacturer, or importer;
- The repair time for the product cannot exceed 20 business days. This period starts from the date the fault is reported to the authorized service station or seller for faults within the warranty period, or from the date the product is delivered to the authorized service station for faults outside the warranty period. If the fault cannot be rectified within 10 business days, the manufacturer or importer must provide the consumer with another product of similar specifications for use until the repair of the product is completed. If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the time spent on repair will be added to the warranty period.
- Faults arising from the use of the product contrary to the provisions in the user manual are outside the scope of the warranty.
- The consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in their place of residence or the place where the consumer transaction was made in case of disputes arising from the exercise of warranty rights.
- In case the Warranty Certificate is not provided by the seller, the consumer may apply to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Commerce.
- In versions where the adapter is included in the box, the adapter is also covered by the warranty as part of the product. If the adapter malfunctions, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge under the warranty terms.
