- Do not leave anything in the cot or place the cot close to another product that could provide a foothold or present a danger of suffocation or strangulation (e.g., strings, blind/curtain cords).
- Do not use more than one mattress in the cot.
- Be aware of the risk of open fire and other sources of strong heat (e.g., electric bar fires, gas fires) near the cot.
- WARNING: Do not attach any items (e.g., hooks or handles) to the cot, as these can present a strangulation hazard and harm your baby.
Important Safety Information
- Tighten all assembly fittings properly before use. Check and retighten fittings regularly.
- The lowest position of the bed base is the safest. Adjust the mattress base to the lowest position as soon as the baby is old enough to sit up to prevent falls.
- Mattress thickness should ensure the height from the mattress surface to the upper edge of the cot frame is at least 500 mm (lowest position) and at least 200 mm (highest position).
- To prevent injury from falls, stop using the cot when the child is able to climb out.
- Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers, as they can cause suffocation.
- Important! To avoid serious injury, ensure the distance between the bed and the wall is always less than 65 mm or more than 230 mm to prevent children from becoming trapped.
